1-Diary No 97/IN/2022 Case / File No 250/24/55/2022  Victim Name SUDARSHAN MAURYA Registration Date 28/02/2022 Disposed with Directions THE SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE MIRZAPUR 08/03/2022 Action : Disposed with Directions(Action No 1)Action Date 08/03/2022 Authority THE SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE, MIRZAPUR Proceeding याचिका की प्रतिलिपि पुलिस अधीक्षक, मीरजापुर को इस निर्देश के साथ भेज दी जाये कि वह प्रार्थी श्री एम0पी0 सिंह द्वारा दिये गये शिकायती सन्देस के सम्बन्ध में जांच करवा कर आवश्यक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित करायें Honourable Superintendent of police District-Mirzapur was directed by the Human Rights Commission, State of Uttar Pradesh as the aforementioned on the action date-08 March 2022. 

2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that the victim sought following information from superintendent of police District-Mirzapur quite obvious from the attached document to the petition.

Information seeker sought information point wise from the public information officer in the office of Superintendent of police District-Mirzapur as follows.

1-Please provide the notings made by the superintendent of the police district-Mirzapur on the communication received by the office of the  superintendent of the police district-Mirzapur. 

2-Please provide the name and designation of the public staff investigating the matter in order to comply with the order passed by the Human Rights Commission, State of Uttar Pradesh as the aforementioned on the action date-08 March 2022.

3-Please provide the action taken report in the matter if any taken by the Superintendent of police District-Mirzapur. 

4-Please provide the progress report in the matter if the investigation is going on in the compliance of the order passed by the Human Rights Commission, State of Uttar Pradesh as the aforementioned on the action date-08 March 2022.5-If the Superintendent of police District-Mirzapur did not take any action by overlooking and undermining the constitutional authority of the Human Rights Commission, State of Uttar Pradesh, then provide the reason of doing so.  

3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that when the public information officer in the office of superintendent of police did not provide any information regarding aforementioned four points then victim submitted an appeal against the reluctant approach of the public information officer  in the office of superintendent of police who was procrastinating on the R.T.I. Application of victim is quite obvious from the attached document to petition . 

4-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that after the submission of the appeal, the public information officer  in the office of superintendent of police provided a summary information in regard to the aforementioned four points as follows. 

श्री मान जी प्रार्थी /अपीलार्थी द्वारा मांगी गई सूचना  को इंकार करने का आधार यह है की आवेदक सुदर्शन मौर्या द्वारा जन सूचना अधिकार २००५ के तहत मांगी गई सूचना थाना स्थानीय स्तर से उपलब्ध कराना संभव नहीं है क्योकि मानवाधिकार आयोग लखनऊ के माध्यम से कोई भी आदेश अप्राप्त है

5-3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that if the action dated-08 March 2022.was sent by the concerned staff of the Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission, Lucknow, then it was available to the office of superintendent of police and public information officer  in the office of superintendent of police had provided the aforementioned four points sough information to the victim. 

6-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that there is no transparency and accountability in the dealings of the Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission, Lucknow, regarding the processing of the orders passed by the Honourable chairman and members of the Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission, Lucknow. Consequently the dignity of the orders passed by the Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission, Lucknow, is lowering causing adverse impact on the dignity of commission itself.
