An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Sudarshan Maurya to make enquiry regarding the arbitrariness and tyranny originated from deep rooted corruption in the prime minister employment scheme for the unemployed youth.

Your applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions.

1-Problem of Sudarshan Maurya is attached as first two pages of the attached grievance in his own handwriting which must be redressed through logistic approach.

2- Covid period March 2020, April 2020, May2020, June 2020, July 2020 and August 2020 has been charged Rs. 10028 from current credit account on 31 August 2020.

3- It is most surprising that a new account was opened in the name of Sudarshan Maurya without informing him of the aforementioned amount credited again to the current credit account of the Sudarshan Maurya. Honourable Sir may be pleased to take the perusal of the red highlighted portion of the page 3 of the attached document to the grievance.

4-Who is operating this account opened in the name of Sudarshan Maurya without his permission? All the concerned staff committed criminal offences by keeping the Sudarshan Maurya in dark.

5-Subsequently nine transactions made by the staff of the State Bank of India to withdraw money Rs. 10094 from the current credit account opened in the name of Sudarshan Maurya to this account are quite obvious from pages 4 to 10 of the attached PDF document.

6-No staff of State Bank of India is disclosing the ulterior motive of the Bank to open this account in the name of Sudarshan Maurya. There must be transparency and accountability in the dealings of the State Bank of India.

An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of Sudarshan Maurya to make enquiry regarding the arbitrariness and tyranny originated from deep rooted corruption in the prime minister employment scheme for the unemployed youth. The handwritten affidavit of Sudarshan Maurya is attached as page one to attached PDF documents to the grievance. Whether concerned staff of State Bank of India are layman and incompetent to understand the submissions of the grievance. This 11 page PDF document has been prepared by aggrieved Sudarshan Maurya itself. Since appellate authority and those who approved the report are in good faith of corrupt elements, they are not adopting a logistic approach to resolve the grievances. Applicant is the representative of Sudarshan Maurya as authorised by him through the aforementioned affidavit. To treat the applicant as a third party in the matter is the humiliation of the applicant.

Appeal Text
Any citizen of this country can submit grievance through its representative and here Yogi M. P. Singh is nominated by Sudarshan Maurya for this purpose subsequently his representations can not be overlooked in the name of third party grievance. Please resolve the matter by ordering an enquiry by a competent staff so that accountability of the corrupt may be fixed. They need to take action against corruption rampant in their work instead of overlooking the matter of alleged corruption in the name of a third party. Singh Date of Receipt 25/04/2022 Appeal Number DEABD/E/A/22/0007513 Date of Receipt 30/04/2022 Appeal Text Here it is quite obvious from the affidavit of the Sudarshan Maurya that complainant is not a third party as he is submitting the complaints on the part of Sudarshan Maurya in order to seek justice for the Sudarshan Maurya so report of the concerned staff of the State Bank of India is baseless and a failed effort to conceal the wrongdoings committed by the subordinate staff working in the main branch of the State Bank of India at district Mirzapur. Why not the Lucknow head office of the State Bank of India ordering an inquiry into the matter concerned deep rooted corruption in the working of its subordinate organisation?
