It is surprising when speed post delivered on 02 May 2022, then why concerned did not update it which is root cause of this grievance

1-Applicant was living at Village -Nibi Gaharwar, Post-Nibi Gaharwar, District-Mirzapur, PIN Code-231303 quite obvious from the bank passbook and Aadhar card. .

Account holder- Vidya Devi, Name of Bank-Aryavart Bank earlier it was Allahabad U.P. Grameen Bank Account number-611800100006753 For more details, vide attached document to this representation. 

2-Now applicant is living at Mohalla-Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur, PIN Code-231001 quite obvious from the attached ration card to the application. 

3-It is not feasible to visit 34 kilometer distance at the age 74 years therefore please manage to transfer my account to your branch.

Whatever they have provided me that is proof in itself but it is confirmed that if they had provided me the current status of the time that delivery has been made on the second of May then application had not needed to submit by the applicant to know the status of the delivery. Now it has been proved that services being provided to the customers is not reaching to them because of the mismanagement in the department of post which must be corrected by the accountable staff of the department of post as soon as possible unfortunately it is not taking place because of the lawlessness and anarchy in the department of post. Where is the good governance in the government as claimed by the accountable public functionaries of the government time and again.

Sir, according to your communication, my speed post addressed to branch manager, Aryavart bank, Raipuri, District Mirzapur, PIN Code 231303 was delivered on 02 May 2022 and applicant submitted this grievance on 05/05/2022 which means status of the speed post tracking was updated by the concerned staff which is the root cause of the problem. It is most regretting that still you have not updated the website which is reflecting mismanagement in the working of the concerned public personnel.

This conclusion is based on speed post tracking on your website. Speed post could not be delivered still even when it was posted on 29/04/2022 to branch manager Aryavart Bank reflects mismanagement. Why website of department of post is playing cryptic role by not showing updates of May? reflects mismanagement of government? Still the did not update the report regarding delivery of speed post.
