An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India on behalf of the aggrieved student Moni Patel who is handicapped and entitled for the scholarship.The matter concerns unjustified rejection of the online application of the aggrieved student Moni Patel who is handicapped and entitled for the scholarship provided by the government. मामला पीड़ित छात्र मोनी पटेल के ऑनलाइन आवेदन की अनुचित अस्वीकृति से संबंधित है, जो विकलांग है और सरकार द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली छात्रवृत्ति के लिए हकदार है

District scholarship committee rejected the online application of Moni Patel as follows. Reason-Below 50 percent marks where admission required on basis of graduation in private institute for professional courses. Consequently, the District scholarship committee rejected the online application of Moni Patel. It is most surprising that aggried student Moni Patel has acquired 58 percent marks at the graduation level. But it reflects the insensitivity of the concerned staff of the department of Backward Class, government of Uttar Pradesh at Allahabad in scrutinising the entries made in the online submitted application of the Moni Patel.  सबसे आश्चर्य की बात यह है कि पीड़ित छात्रा मोनी पटेल ने स्नातक स्तर पर 58 प्रतिशत अंक हासिल किए हैं। लेकिन यह मोनी पटेल के ऑनलाइन जमा किए गए आवेदन में की गई प्रविष्टियों की जांच में इलाहाबाद में पिछड़ा वर्ग विभाग, उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के संबंधित कर्मचारियों की संवेदनहीनता को दर्शाता है

Details of the Moni Patel are as follows. Registration number- 450680102101227, Name of the student-Moni Patel, Class-Other backward classes, Name of the father-Nanhaku Patel , Educational institute- Nehru Gram Bharti Vishwavidyalay Jamunipur Kotwa, Prayagraj, Steam-B.Ed. special education hearing impairment first year.

Applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following points as follows. 

1-Concerned committee did not take the perusal of the entries made by the applicant in the online application of the aggrieved student Moni Patel. 

2-Aggried student Moni Patel has acquired 58 percent marks at the graduation level.

3-Rejection of the online application of the aggrieved student Moni Patel reflects the dereliction of duty of the members of the committee consequently it must be rectified as soon as possible.

पीड़ित छात्र मोनी पटेल के ऑनलाइन आवेदन की अस्वीकृति समिति के सदस्यों के कर्तव्य की उपेक्षा को दर्शाती है, फलस्वरूप इसे जल्द से जल्द ठीक किया जाना चाहिए

How the matter concerning the backward officer prayagraj can be resolved by the backward officer district Mirzapur? Here backward officer district Mirzapur categorically stated in its report that the matter concerns the backward officer district prayagraj so it must be forwarded to the concerned officer to dispose of the grievance. Whether it is not the reflection of lawlessness and anarchy in the Government of Uttar Pradesh where grivances are disposed of on the ground of report that matter does not concern to the officer but it concerns to another officer and matter is not forwarded to the another officer but it is preferred to dispose of the grievance this is not only unconstitutional but a reflection of the deep rooted corruption in the government machinery and such practices must be curbed by the accountable public functionaries of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Whether in a good governance such lawlessness and anarchy may be allowed by the accountable public functionaries.
