According to Bhulekh Document available on the website of Government of Uttar Pradesh attached to this RTI Communique, Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh village- Kothra Kantit, Tahsil- Sadar, District-Mirzapur  sold its land covering area 0.329 hectare to his daughter in-law Rita Singh W/O Jaydheer Singh on 12/11/2021 village- Kothra Kantit, Tahsil- Sadar, District-Mirzapur as well as Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh village- Kothra Kantit, Tahsil- Sadar, District-Mirzapur  sold its land covering area 0.329 hectare to his daughter in-law Priya Singh W/O Dileep Singh on 12/11/2021 village- Kothra Kantit, Tahsil- Sadar, District-Mirzapur also Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh  sold its land covering area 0.329 hectare to his grand son Rajendra Singh S/O Late Jagdish Singh village- Kothra Kantit, Tahsil- Sadar, District-Mirzapur from his Khata number-136 which had been kept as mortgage to Branch Manager Aryavart Bank Shree Nivas Dham quite obvious from the order passed by the Tahsildar Sadar on 05/03/2018 and entry made by revenue inspector dated 05/03/2018. For more detail, vide attached document to the RTI Application as below.

Central Public Information Officer of the Aryavart Bank may provide the following information point wise as follows.

1-If the Khata number-136 has been kept as mortgage to the Branch Manager, Aryavart Bank, Shree Nivas Dham quite obvious from the order passed by the Tahsildar Sadar on 05/03/2018.

Under this circumstances, please provide information if Raghuvar Dayal Singh sought permission from the bank to sell the mortgaged land.

2-Please provide the feedback regarding action taken by the branch manager as the mortgaged land sold by Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh.

3- Please branch MANAGER Shree Nivas Dham, make available copy of communications exchanged from Tahsildar Sadar Mirzapur regarding the sale of mortgaged property to information seeker if any made.

4-Please provide the Bank circular which allow a borrower to sell the mortgaged land to the Branch Manager, Aryavart Bank, Shree Nivas Dham Mirzapur ipso facto.

The appellant sought information under four points and concerned CPIO only provided information under fourth points and from 1 to 3 points denied the information in the name of third party information which means sought information concerns mortgager Raghuvar Dayal Singh. Here denial of aforementioned information details are attached to appeal concerning the working of public staff must be available in the public domain so that non performing assets and motive of cheating the bank by becoming deliberate insolvent through corrupt practices must be curbed. Denial of information questions integrity of concerned public staff which is under cloud.
