* Prayer or Relief Sought Think about the gravity of situation that neither telephone number nor email ID have been given on the portal of the public information officer but it has been advised to contact the public information officer reflects sheer anarchy and corruption in the working of the public authority. How the rights of innocent and gullible people can remain safe in this anarchy. PIO violated the subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005 but who will fix the accountability in this anarchy? If the concerned staff of Tahsil Sadar are honest, then why are they running away from providing information as sought through the following R.T.I. Application. According to subsection 1 d of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005, it shall be obligatory duty of every public authority to provide reasons for its administrative and quasi judicial decisions. You resolved the grievance without adopting a logistic approach in the matter. There is option of mutation on which grievances concerning mutations can be submitted but here is forest rule and public staff only understand the language of bribe. The land kept as mortgage to Aryavart Bank has been sold and the share of the matured son is being overlooked but who cares about the rights of others if the pocket is filled. Here concerned staff have submitted arbitrary and inconsistent reports. * Description of Information Sought According to Bhulekh Document available on the website of Government of Uttar Pradesh attached to this RTI Communique, Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh village- Kothra Kantit, Tahsil- Sadar, District-Mirzapur sold its land covering area 0.329 hectare to his daughter in-law Rita Singh W/O Jaydheer Singh on 12/11/2021 village- Kothra Kantit, Tahsil- Sadar, District-Mirzapur as well as Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh village- Kothra Kantit, Tahsil- Sadar, District-Mirzapur sold its land covering area 0.329 hectare to his daughter in-law Priya Singh W/O Dileep Singh on 12/11/2021 village- Kothra Kantit, Tahsil- Sadar, District-Mirzapur from his Khata number-136 which had been kept as mortgage to Branch Manager Aryavart Bank Shree Nivas Dham quite obvious from the order passed by the Tahsildar Sadar on 05/03/2018 and entry made by revenue inspector dated 05/03/2018. For more detail, vide attached document to the RTI Application. Public Information Officer in the office sub divisional Magistrate Sadar may provide the following information point wise as follows. 
1-If the Khata number-136 has been kept as mortgage to the Branch Manager, Aryavart Bank, Shree Nivas Dham quite obvious from the order passed by the Tahsildar Sadar on 05/03/2018. 
Under these circumstances, please provide information if Raghuvar Dayal Singh sought permission from the bank to sell the mortgaged land. 
2-Please provide the feedback regarding the plea made by the branch manager as the mortgaged land was sold by Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh. 
3- Please make available a copy of communications exchanged between Tahsildar Sadar Mirzapur and branch MANAGER Shree Nivas Dham, regarding the sale of mortgaged property to information seeker if any is made. 
4-Please provide the circular which allows a borrower Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh to sell the mortgaged land, land kept mortgaged to the Branch Manager, Aryavart Bank, Shree Nivas Dham Mirzapur ipso facto.
