Suggestion / Feedback / Remark: Tracking ID 7420191399444 of the item purchased from the Amazon online shopping but delhivary courier is failed to deliver the item because courier services are failed to provide the confirmation code to ascertain for delivery on my mobile number registered with the Amazon online shopping. I think that if the services of the delhivary courier cannot send the confirmation code on the registered mobile number 7379105911 then it must use other option to provide the item like Aadhar card and other identity verification. Instead of sticking to the single mode of delivery like to send the confirmation code on the customers mobile number they should search other options like confirm identity through the Aadhar card so that delivery could be made by adopting other options if one option is failed as in the present case
