Concerned staff of the state bank of India submitted a parrot reply which is inconsistent and arbitrary in the aforementioned grievance.
Please adopt the logistic approach in redressing the grievances of the common people concerning the deep-rooted corruption of the public functionaries. Think about the gravity of the situation that installment is taken automatically from the current account of the borrower but still they are making a corrupt attempt to loot the innocent and gullible people of this country. Here installment of the term loan has been taken by the staff of the State Bank of India is deducted from the current account of the aggrieved application but not timely but they are doing so because of their corrupt practices which must be curbed by the government of India but its functionaries are mute spectators of this corruption.
Honourable sir first you should take the perusal of the submitted grievance and its subject matter and submissions made in the grievance. In the reply of your subordinate it was stated that no term loan was deposited timely. Here this question arises: who deposits the loan. It is the duty of the staff of State Bank of India to deduct the loan amount from the account of the borrower and whatever delay is made by them, the borrower is not accountable for such delay. Undoubtedly penalty can be taken from the borrower if the fault is on the part of the borrower but here fault is on the part of the staff of the State Bank of India. It is most surprising that instead of fixing the accountability of the staff of the State Bank of India you have made the mood to close the grievance without touching the core issue of corruption in providing the public aid to the common people at the behest of the Government of India.

Undautedly it reflects the deep rooted corruption in the working of the public authority State Bank of India that a syndicate of corrupt staff of the public authority Bank of India is Indulged in the corrupt activities to cheat the barowars of the bank taking loans under various schemes of the Government of India including pradhanmantri berojgar Yojana. It reflects the lawlessness and anarchy in the working of the public authority if the concerned staff of the public authority without taking the perusal of the submissions of The Grievance submits inconsistent and arbitrary reply on the public grievance portal of the Government of India and concerned monitoring bodies accepted reports without evaluating the pros and cons of the submitted report which only promotes the corruption in the government machinery. They are well apprised of the fact that they are looting the innocent and gullible people of this country and filling their pockets with the corrupt money.

How can be grievance considered disposed of if the aggrieved applicant has made the objection with the trailing mail that your disposal is not concerned and consistent with the submissions of the grievance. They deliberately accepted the illogical conclusion of the subordinate staff because of the corruption being committed by the subordinate staff. This irregularity is being committed by taking the senior rank staff in good faith. Here this question arises that why the arbitrary reply is being accepted by the senior rank public functionaries.

It is most unfortunate that they are not touching the contents of the grievance which is the root cause they are submitting arbitrary and inconsistent reply on the public grievance portal of the Government of India which is the root cause of the anarchy in the working of the State Bank of India such practices must be stopped. Instalment is deposited by the Sudarshan Maurya through his current account and he has authorised the bank concerned to deduct the amount of the instalment from the current account and initially the staff of the State Bank of India deducted the loan instalment timely but now they are hatching the corrupt conspiracy against the borrower and not deducting the loan instalment timely causing the penalty of the bank illegally on the borrower such practices must be stopped.
यह सबसे दुर्भाग्यपूर्ण है कि वे शिकायत की सामग्री को नहीं छू रहे हैं वही मूल कारण है कि वे भारत सरकार के लोक शिकायत पोर्टल पर मनमाना और असंगत उत्तर प्रस्तुत कर रहे हैं जो स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के कामकाज में अराजकता का मूल कारण है।  स्टेट बैंक ऑफ इंडिया  को ऐसी प्रथाओं को रोकना चाहिए। किश्त सुदर्शन मौर्य द्वारा अपने चालू खाते के माध्यम से जमा की जाती है और उन्होंने संबंधित बैंक को चालू खाते से किस्त की राशि काटने के लिए अधिकृत किया है और शुरू में भारतीय स्टेट बैंक के कर्मचारियों ने ऋण की किस्त समय पर काट लिया करते थे  लेकिन अब वे भ्रष्ट षडयंत्रकर रहे हैं कर्जदार के खिलाफ और कर्ज की किस्त समय पर नहीं काट रहे है और कर्ज की किस्त समय पर नहीं काटे जाने से कर्ज लेने वाले पर अवैध रूप से बैंक की पेनल्टी लगती है, इस तरह की प्रथाओं को रोका जाना चाहिए और यह भ्रष्टाचार का भ्रष्टतम रूप है

  2. I think that government of India must curb deep-rooted corruption in the government machinery because of the orientation of corruption from the top rank of the administrative hierarchy to the bottom. The victims of this deep-rooted corruption are mostly the vulnerable section.
