The matter concerns the jio mobile number 9696389653 belongs to the aggrieved applicant. It is quite obvious that the network coverage on this mobile number of the jio user is experiencing very much fluctuation.Think about the gravity of the situation that when there will be no network how the navigation will be carried out by the user. There is an enormous increase in the charges /tariff of the services and such a third grade service is being provided by the jio Reliance.
I have downloaded the TRAI app provided by the telecom regulatory authority of India. After checking the network available on the mobile through this software, I submit a report to the regulatory authority of India automatically. It seems that this application provided by the telecom regulatory authority of India to the users is not working well and only deviating the tension and anger of the common people from the poor services being provided by the service providers is quite obvious from the cryptic working style. Everyone knows that if the network provided by the service provider is feeble then Internet surfing will be poor and for a smooth Internet surfing there must be a proper network so there is need to take action in order to improve the services being provided by the service providers to its consumers. Repeated requests are being made to the customer care of the jio service provider but they are overlooking the complaints on the ground that there is heavy load on the feeders of the jio. Because of such overburdened feeders they are not providing the proper services to the consumers.Undoubtedly if two times connection load will be given to the feeders how will they act properly? This is a kind request of the applicant to the accountable public functionaries of the jio service provider to ensure the proper network coverage in the area so that consumers may use the purchased data.In the name report, Jio submits a parrot reply on the public grievance portal of the government of India which is

We sent email to customer as more details required to investigate further. Once we receive necessary details then we will take necessary action.

There must be transparency and accountability in the dealings of the jio service provider and what ever feedback has been submitted in the name of report that is based on a story made by them and this story does not concerned with the actual position of the case. Department off telecommunication Government of India must have effective control over the working of service providers but it it seems that something is wrong in the dealings of the public functionaries of the Government of India quite obvious from the dealings of the telecom regulatory authority of the India which is failed to control the service providers working in India whether maybe domestic or belonging to abroad. Good governance should be provided at the grassroot level not only on the print and electronic media as being done by our public functionaries especially political masters who glorify their own government by taking the help of print and electronic media.
