Information seeker kindly invites the following information from the public information officer point wise as follows.

1-Provide the mechanism of processing the emails received on the executive email of prime minister office i.e. on pmosb@pmo.nic.in for your kind information during regime of Dr. Manmohan Singh, this email was used to receive emails concerning corruption and grievances of common people.

2-Please provide the notings made on the trail mail by the accountable public functionaries of the prime minister's office. 

3-Please provide the name and designation of the public staff processing the trail mail. 

4-Provide the action taken report on the trail mail by the prime minister's office as the matter concerns prime minister's office and its subordinate organization ministry of finance which comes under the ambit of PMO as supervisory body. 

5-According to subsection 1 d of the section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005, it shall be obligatory duty of the every public authority to provide the reasons of its administrative and quasi judicial decisions to the parties concerned. 

Therefore provide the reasons for not taking any action until now if you have not taken any action on the trail mail.
