The matter concerns the jio mobile number 9696389653 belongs to the aggrieved applicant. It is quite obvious that the network coverage on this mobile number of the jio user is experiencing very much fluctuation.
Think about the gravity of the situation that when there will be no network how the navigation will be carried out by the user. There is an enormous increase in the charges /tariff of the services and such a third grade service is being provided by the jio Reliance.
Repeated requests are being made to the customer care of the jio service provider but they are overlooking the complaints on the ground that there is heavy load on the feeders of the jio. Because of such overburdened feeders they are not providing the proper services to the consumers.
Undoubtedly if two times connection load will be given to the feeders how will they act properly? This is a kind request of the applicant to the accountable public functionaries of the jio service provider to ensure the proper network coverage in the area so that consumers may use the purchased data.
In the name report, Jio submits a parrot reply on the public grievance portal of the government of India which is inconsistent with submissions.

On the one side of screen our great prime minister Mr Narendra Modi Sir is claiming to provide good governance, but the actual fact is that we are crying only. Think about our miserable condition that we are providing money to the service provider, but they are not providing us services. Whether it is not cheating by the current service providers,

This is with reference to the concern DOTEL/E/2022/10029 raised by the customer related to Data speed. Having acknowledged the concern, our network team had investigated the impacted location and identified that customer’s location comes under limited coverage area due to high network congestion on the nearest serving site. Currently, no immediate solution is available. However, we have noted his concern and will keep in mind while planning for any future network enhancements. As of now, we shall be unable to convey the exact timelines for the same as network expansion and improvement is a continuous and ongoing process. Our team is working diligently to ensure that our network evolves constantly based on the dynamics of the industry. However, the improvement in the experience may not be instantaneous and will be felt gradually. Our team tried to connect customer, however unable to establish the contact.

From the Report it is quite obvious that because of the site congestion they are failed to provide quality of services and they repeat this reply again and again it seems that in each and every complaint they paste this reply. Everyone knows that this is globalisation era and they are also apprised with this fact so it is their obligatory duty to reform their services otherwise everyone knows the fact that customers will no more tolerate services. There is competition to provide best services in this scenario how customers will suffer loss because of the dereliction of the service provider?
