Instead of looking into corruption in rebore of Handpumps by Jal Nigam, Jal Nigam assured rebore and now procrastinating

According to Yogi Adityanath Sir, he will have zero tolerance for corruption but think about the gravity of the situation that such third grade work is being carried out under his regime because of corruption and accountable public functionaries have shut their  ears and eyes. District magistrate Mirzapur, after rebore by Jalnigam, why did municipality Mirzapur city not take over the Hand Pump from Jalnigam to look after as required under the management of installation and reinstallation of Hand pumps? Answer is simple, because in the rebore of handpump, set up norms were overlooked. Because of corruption rampant in the departments of Government of Uttar Pradesh, no action could be taken against wrongdoers by fixing their accountability even when the D.M. Mirzapur was informed regarding the irregularity time and again.

योगी आदित्यनाथ सर के अनुसार, भ्रष्टाचार के प्रति उनकी जीरो टॉलरेंस है , लेकिन स्थिति की गंभीरता के बारे में सोचें कि भ्रष्टाचार के कारण उनके शासन में इस तरह के तीसरे दर्जे का काम किया जा रहा है और जिम्मेदार सार्वजनिक पदाधिकारियों ने अपने कान और आंखें बंद कर ली हैं जिला मजिस्ट्रेट मिर्जापुर, जलनिगम द्वारा रिबोर  के बाद नगर पालिका मिर्जापुर शहर ने हैंडपम्पों की स्थापना और पुनर्स्थापन के प्रबंधन के तहत आवश्यक देखभाल के लिए जलनिगम से हैंडपंप का अधिग्रहण क्यों नहीं किया? उत्तर सरल है, क्योंकि हैंडपंप के रीबोर में, स्थापित मानदंडों की अनदेखी की गई थी उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार के विभागों में व्याप्त भ्रष्टाचार के कारण डी.एम. मिर्जापुर को  बार-बार अनियमितता की सूचना देने के बावजूद दोषियों की जवाबदेही तय करके कार्यवाही नहीं की गयी It is quite obvious from the first page of the attached document when the name of the applicant has been included in the list of the rebore handpumps, then why did they not rebore the handpump in the Surekapuram Colony?संलग्न दस्तावेज के प्रथम पृष्ठ से स्पष्ट है कि जब रिबोर हैंडपंप की सूची में आवेदक का नाम शामिल किया गया है, तो सुरेकापुरम कॉलोनी में हैंडपंप को फिर से क्यों नहीं लगाया

Rebore of the handpump by the water corporation/Jal Nigam did not succeed which is providing mud water with sand and repeated complaints are being made by the local people but the concerned accountable public functionaries of the department of water corporation /jal Nigam not paying heed to the grievances of the local dwellers.In the beginning they submitted repeated reports to dispose of the grievances in which assured the applicant that the list of the rebore handpumps has been sent to the municipality Mirzapur City as soon as the list will be approved then rebore of the hand pump will be carried out soon.During the period of assembly elections they said that now election notification has been issued so entire work has been paralyzed and after the declaration of the assembly results they will do the rebore of hand pump but still they did not do anything regarding the rebore of the hand pump.Oh God save us from this lawlessness and anarchy  in the Government of Uttar Pradesh where credibility of the public functionaries has reached at the nadir.जल निगम द्वारा हैण्डपम्प का रीबोर सफल नहीं हुआ, जो रेत के साथ कीचड़ का पानी उपलब्ध करा रहा है और स्थानीय लोगों द्वारा बार-बार शिकायत की जा रही है, लेकिन जल निगम विभाग के संबंधित जवाबदेह लोक पदाधिकारी ध्यान नहीं दे रहे हैं. स्थानीय निवासियों की शिकायत पर  प्रारंभ में उन्होंने शिकायतों के निस्तारण हेतु बार-बार रिपोर्ट प्रस्तुत की जिसमें आवेदक को आश्वासन दिया कि रिबोर हैण्डपम्पों की सूची नगर पालिका मिर्जापुर शहर को भिजवा दी गयी है, जैसे ही सूची स्वीकृत होगी, हैण्डपम्प का रीबोर किया जायेगा. जल्द ही  विधानसभा चुनाव के दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि अब चुनाव अधिसूचना जारी हो गई है, इसलिए पूरा काम ठप हो गया है और विधानसभा परिणाम घोषित होने के बाद वे हैंडपंप के रीबोर करेंगे लेकिन फिर भी उन्होंने हैंडपंप  के रिबोर के संबंध में कुछ नहीं किया हे भगवान, हमें उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार में इस अराजकता से बचाओ, जहां सार्वजनिक पदाधिकारियों की विश्वसनीयता रसातल  तक पहुंच गई है
