It is most unfortunate that they are not touching the contents of the grievance which is the root cause they are submitting arbitrary and inconsistent reply on the public grievance portal of the Government of India which is the root cause of the anarchy in the working of the State Bank of India such practices must be stopped.
Instalment is deposited by the Sudarshan Maurya through his cash credit account, and he has authorised the bank concerned to deduct the amount of the instalment from the current account and initially the staff of the State Bank of India deducted the loan instalment timely but now they are hatching the corrupt conspiracy against the borrower and not deducting the loan instalment timely causing the penalty of the bank illegally on the borrower such practices must be stopped.

Madam/ Dear Sir,
It is the legal duty of borrower to repay term loan installments timely by way of cash deposit/transfer from account/standing instructions from any account. If installments are not deposited by borrower, it is the right of Bank to recover from funds available in borrower's other accounts (Right of set off).
When installments are not paid in time, penalty has to be paid by borrower.
All actions are as per Banking Rules and Practices. There is no matter of alleged "deep rooted corruption".
