Details of the aggrieved applicant are as follows.
Sudarshan Maurya S/O Brijlal Maurya, Mohalla-Sohta Adda, Jangi Road, District-Mirzapur, Uttar Pradesh, Mobile number-9455024500
The matter concerns arbitrary deduction of monthly installments by the staff of State Bank of India Dankeen Ganj District-Mirzapur from the cash credit account of the aggrieved applicant. Account details as follows.
Loan Account Name-Sudarshan Maurya, Account number-38811517119 Loan given by SBI=Rs.350000 in words three lakh 50 thousand rupees
Cash credit account Name-Sudarshan Maurya, Account number-38812682525 Balance amount-4 Lakh rupees
Total amount paid by the applicant in the form of instalments=Rs.182936, Government of India provided subsidy =Rs.197500
Thus total amount paid by the aggrieved =Rs.380436 in words three lakh eighty thousand four hundred thirty six
Most surprising thing is that aggrieved applicant has to still pay Rs. 238113.79 in words two lakh thirty eight thousand one hundred thirteen rupees seventy nine paisa.
It must be noted that entire instalments are taken by the state bank of India from Cash credit account Name-Sudarshan Maurya, Account number-38812682525 which means there is no fault on the part of the aggrieved applicant in payment of the instalments as it automatically taken by the staff of the state bank of India.
Sir, it is deep rooted corruption in the loans provided under prime minister scheme to create employment opportunities to minor entrepreneurs.
An enquiry must be ordered in the matter so that wrongdoer staff must be subjected to lawful action by the appropriate authority. An staff of the state bank of India named Ravi Prakash Vivek says that entire deduction from the account of borrowers is subjected to direction passed by our prime minister Narendra Modi Sir.

Honorable sir first you should take the perusal of the submitted grievance and it's subject matter and submissions made in the grievance. In the reply of your subordinate it was stated that no term loan was deposited timely. Here this question arises that who deposits the loan. It is the duty of the staff of State Bank of India to deduct the loan amount from the account of the borrower and what ever delay is made by them borrower is not accountable for such delay. Undoubtedly penalty can be taken from the borrower if the fault is on the part of the borrower but here fault is on the part of the staff of the State Bank of India. It is most surprising that instead fixing the accountability of the staff of the State Bank of India you have made the mood to close the grievance without touching the core issue of the corruption in providing the public aid to the common people at the behest of Government of India.

Please adopt the logistic approach in reddressing the grievances of the common people concerning the deep-rooted corruption of the public functionaries. Think about the gravity of situation that installment is taken automatically from the current account of the borrower but still they are making corrupt attempt to loot the innocent and gullible people of this country. Here installment of the term loan has been taken by the staff of the State Bank of India is deducted from the current account of the aggrieved application but not timely but they are doing so because of their corrupt practices which must be curbed by the government of India but its functionaries are mute spectators of this corruption.
