How can it be justified that chief medical officer district Mirzapur may submit false reports regarding the spray of anti-larva solution in the Surekapuram colony quite obvious from the previous reports submitted on the grievances of the aggrieved applicant? It is most unfortunate that concerned officers of the department of medical assured the applicant that they will keep in mind regarding the spray of anti- larva solution in the mohalla Surekapuram colony and there will be regular spray of anti -Lava solution but they remained fail in doing so which reflects the carelessness in the duty by the concerned accountable public functionaries. As far as jansunwai portal is concerned there is no option for spraying anti Lava solution because it comes under the Ambit of chief medical officer district Mirzapur and no option on the jansunwai portal is available to make complaint to the chief medical officer district Mirzapur. High court of judicature at Allahabad number of times alerted the concerned staff of the Government of Uttar Pradesh to curb the hike in the cases of dengue by properly spray of anti Lava solution so that growing number of mosquitoes may be curbed but it seems that they submit the parrot reply before the court and concerned judicial members accept those parrot reply which is the root cause of number of mosquitoes are increasing in the City district Mirzapur alarmingly. Undoubtedly they are not performing their duties regarding the assurance given to the applicant and proper spray of the anti Lava solution is not being carried out by them for many months which is the arbitrary decision and full of the corruption of the concerned public functionaries who are accountable to do so. It is the time when several epidemics are lurking to grasp us so we must be alert with such epidemics and must not provide an opportunities to the a epidemic who may take us in their stranglehold.

The government must appoint skilled personnel at the call centre so that grievances of the people in the state may be properly redressed. Think about the gravity of situation that they were not spraying out the anti larva solution in the area for 3 months now they have provided bogus data which does not touch the truth can be checked by contacting the concerned people. They have spread the anti larva solution before submitting this report so they are well apprised with the fact that complainant will not make again complaint which is the root cause of such reports submitted by them. It is quite obvious that such incredible activity on the part of public staff making the government departments incredible. It reflects the insolence of the concerned staff to the public duty but who will fix the accountability if this anarchy is oriented from top rank administrative hierarchy to the bottom It is the obligatory duty of the Government functionaries to deliver the public services in transparent and accountable way so that it must reach to the needy as required under the law. Such dereliction is quite common in the system.
