If the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited Mirzapur will keep the network speed acceptable for navigation then why will the complainants make the complaints against them on the public grievance portal of the Government of India? It is quite obvious that concerned staff of the Bharat sanchar Nigam limited is submitting the parrot reply in the every complaint and that is accepted by the concerned monitoring bodies acting on the public grievance portal of the Government of India which is completely unjustified and not acceptable to the complainant. It is well known fact that aggraved complainant submits the complaint of the slow network speed in the every month because he feels difficulty because of the network speed . Website are not accessible to the customer because of the slow network speed which is the root cause of making complaint against the service provider Bharat sanchar Nigam limited. Concerned staff must be director to provide the consumer services in the proper way.
