The matter concerns dilapidated services of the registry of post and speed post services and Railway mail services in the district-Mirzapur. Yesterday, I visited your speed post service to do speed post at the Railway station Mirzapur. I was well apprised with the fact that your services resume at 04 PM and are closed at 08 PM. I had to do speed registered post to branch manager, Wellesley Ganj Branch, Mirzapur city, Bank of India, District-Mirzapur.I was moving fastly and I reached at platform number 2 at the 3 minutes to 08 O Clock before the book stall which pimples that I reached to your office window where speed post booking is carried out at 1 minutes to 08 O clock unfortunately in the watch of your office concerned it was quarter past 08 O Clock. Which implies that RMS services had closed. Undoubtedly, I will admire your gentleman staff/subordinate who upon my request and seeing my vulnerability took my envelop with assurance that he will do speed post and I paid Rs.60 to him and gentleman assured to send the receipt today through internet on my whatsup.Can you tell me, what is the cause of difference of 15 minutes in your watch and Ralway watch? Now, I may focus on mismanagement prevailed in the booking of registered post and speed registered post in the Sangmohal post office, Ganesh ganj, Mirzapur city post office etc. In all these post offices, concerned staff first deny to do book registred post or speed registered post by taking recourse of Head post office Fataha and services speed post and registered post is not available because their computers are busy in providing bank services and deals only financial transactions. Moreover, if someone will have argument with them, they will take the envelop and money and will say that come at evening or next day for the receipt of booking. Whether it is not embarrassing situation and anti-consumer spirit of the subpost offices comes under the ambit of PIN Code 231001. Think about the long queue before the window

The matter concerns the mismanagement in the sub post offices acting under the head post office district Mirzapur quite obvious from the text of the grievance but it is most unfortunate the staff of the department of post did not understand the the contents of the grievance which is the root cause of the problem and they have submitted the report which is not touching the submissions of the grievance quite obvious from the text of the submitted report. Undoubtedly government is providing huge salary and the concerned staff is not performing its duty well causing difficulty to the customers who wants to take the services of the department of the post. If the complaints concerning to wide public importance will be taken reluctantly by the concerned staff of the department of post then how the basic facilities provided by the government will reach to the common people which is essential to reach them. We have to curb the Lawlessness and anarchy and mismanagement from public offices

Honourable Superintendent of post offices in District-Mirzapur, please take the cognizance of your communication dated 03 Feb 2022 addressed to the complainant. You apprised the complainant cum applicant that the contents of the grievance are implicit. Despite it, you Honourable Sir forwarded the matter to the postmaster, head post office. Undoubtedly your steps are in the right direction but not sufficient. As the matter still has not reached proper sub post offices which are required to submit its report in the matter otherwise such forwarding notes are thrown into the bin of trash. Please consider the grievance as the matter concerns wide public interest and vulnerable people. Rest of the submissions in the aforementioned grievance are as follows.
Think about the long queue before the window at the Fataha post office for the registered post and speed registered post because of the mismanagement and anarchy of the department of post at the district-Mirzapur. Whether this mismanagement is not causing disturbance to the common citizenry?
Instead of this lackadaisical approach, you must separate this services of speed registered post and registered post from the post offices which have been working as Banks and deviated from the services which ought to be expected from them.
Undoubtedly, there is complete anarchy and lawlessness with full of tyranny in the working of the department of post in the district-Mirzapur. Please resolve the matter after due deliberations instead of incredible reports submitted on the public grievance portal of the government of India. I expect that you will take concrete steps in this respect/regard as the matter concerns the wide public interest.
