आज देश बर्बादी के कगार पर इसलिए है कि जो जिम्मेदार है वे सब ईमानदारी की एक्टिंग करते है और निरीह जनता से सच छुपाते है यदि बचाना है तो वास्तव में ईमानदारी से काम करना होगा पावर संबिधान की रक्षा के लिए दिया गया है न की जेब भरने के लिए गिने चुने ईमानदारों को झूठे मुकदमो में फसा कर अपनी तिजोरिया भरी जा रही है जनता को इतना पंगु बना दिया गया है की उसकी सोचने समझने की शक्ति ख़त्म हो चुकी है पुनर्जागरण की आवश्यकता है

Today is 11 March 2022 which means more than four months passed and First Appellate Authority did not take any action on the appeal implies lawlessness and anarchy in the working of the public authority.
With due respect, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Honourable Sir to the following submissions as follows.
1-I pray before the Honourable Sir that 51A. Fundamental duties It shall be the duty of every citizen of India (a) to abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions, the National Flag and the National Anthem;(h) to develop the scientific temper, humanism and the spirit of inquiry and reform;
(i) to safeguard public property and to abjure violence;
(j) to strive towards excellence in all spheres of individual and collective activity so that the nation constantly rises to higher levels of endeavour and achievement.
2-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that Subsction 1 of section 19 of the Right to Information Act 2005 states as followed.
Any person who, does not receive a decision within the time specified in
sub-section (1) or clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 7, or is aggrieved by a decision of the Central
Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, may within thirty days
from the expiry of such period or from the receipt of such a decision prefer an appeal to such officer who
is senior in rank to the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer as the case
may be, in each public authority:
Provided that such officer may admit the appeal after the expiry of the period of thirty days if he or
she is satisfied that the appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from filing the appeal in time.
3-I pray before the Honourable Sir that according to subsection 3 of section 19 of the Right to Information Act 2005-
A second appeal against the decision under sub-section (1) shall lie within ninety days from the
date on which the decision should have been made or was actually received, with the Central Information
Commission or the State Information Commission:
Provided that the Central Information Commission or the State Information Commission, as the case
may be, may admit the appeal after the expiry of the period of ninety days if it is satisfied that the
appellant was prevented by sufficient cause from filing the appeal in time.
4-It is submitted before the Honourable Sir that already more than four months passed and no decision taken by the First Appellate Authority Sub divisional Magistrate Sadar District-Mirzapur.
5-I pray before the Honourable Sir that following is the status of the first appeal submitted by the appellant online on the portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh.

* Prayer or Relief Sought The Court of sub divisional Magistrate performs quasi judicial work and information sought by the information seeker is available in the office of the Subdivisional Magistrate which is being withheld by him because of rampant corruption in his working ipso facto. I have not sought any opinion or consent but sought information which must be available and accessible to aggrieved Sugun Singh whose behalf of this information is being sought. You failed to understand the contents of a representation because of your incompetence. What is information Information is any material in any form. It includes records, documents, memos, e-mails, opinions, advices, press releases, circulars, orders, logbooks, contracts, reports, papers, samples, models, data material held in any electronic form. It also includes information relating to any private body which can be accessed by the public authority under any law for the time being in force. The Lawlessness and anarchy on the part of sub divisional magistrate Sadar who has made the mockery of the provisions of the right to information act 2005 quite obvious from the contents of the post and lackadaisical approach of the sub divisional magistrate to entertain the the appeal submitted under subsection 1 of section 19 of the right to information act 2005.
