Short submissions are as follows.
1-Aforementioned offenders caused fatal injuries to the applicant cum victim including serious head injuries in which heavy bleeding stopped after the surgery of the Government Doctor then X-Ray was carried out which result is still awaited. Applicant cum victim suffered fracture in left hand quite obvious from attached preliminary medical report and injuries in every part of body where swelling is still visible there even after five days of the fatal assault.
2-Still police did not register the First Information Report in the matter by culminating N.C.R. into F.I.R.. When the primary medical report is available to the police.
3-Instead of registering the N.C.R., POLICE concerned must register F.I.R. under section 307,325,323,504 and 506 of the Indian penal code and put the aforementioned offender behind the bar as the offenders earlier have attacked oftenly.
4-Copy of N.C.R. dated-21/03/2022 and subsequent preliminary medical report is attached to the grievance in the PDF form. It is most unfortunate that police has set scot-free to aforementioned offenders through its cryptic and mysterious dealings who are threatening and abusing the applicant cum victim and making the life of the victim hell.
