Status REQUEST TRANSFERRED TO OTHER PUBLIC AUTHORITY as on 20/01/2022 Details of Public Authority :- COMMISSIONER OFFICE MIRZAPUR. vide registration number :- COMZP/R/2022/80001 respectively. Status REQUEST TRANSFERRED TO OTHER PUBLIC AUTHORITY as on 04/02/2022 Details of Public Authority :- DISTRICT MAGISTRATE OFFICE MIRZAPUR. vide registration number :- DMOMR/R/2022/80004 respectively. At last, the matter was forwarded to District Magistrate Mirzapur on 04 February 2022 which implies that more than one month passed and District Magistrate Mirzapur did not deem fit to entertain the matter consequently violated the subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. Sought information is as follows. PIO may provide the following information point wise as sought.
1-Provide the name and designation of the subordinate officer who provided the aforementioned illogical conclusion that the matter concerns district supply office to escape the matter concerns deep rooted corruption.
2-Please provide the name and designation of the staff who cancelled the Ration card of the widow Sugun Singh. Why blatant misuse of power was not checked but concerned preferred to cancel the Ration card on the Large scale injured the interest of the vulnerable section of the people? .
3-You may also provide the account details through which transactions were made.
4-You may disclose the details of the Aadhaar name-AMIT KUMAR, who is the link to reach the other members of the scamsters.
5-How the Farmer ID-1990305426, Farmer-NITIN SINGH was prepared without adopting due procedure of the law? Provide the name and designation of the staff who authenticated Farmer ID-1990305426, Farmer-NITIN SINGH.
6-Name and designation of the staff of the chief minister office who accepted the grievance as disposed as the grievance still awaiting redress and concerning deep rooted corruption in the office concerned.
7-Please provide the reason for not forwarding the matter to dispose of after examining the contents instead of reaching cryptic disposal of grievances proliferating corruption in the government machinery.

If the concerned staff of the Government of Uttar Pradesh are honest then why are they running away from providing the information concerning the arbitrary and illegal cancellation of the ration card of the aggrieved widow sugun Singh. Think about the gravity of situation that matter was forwarded by the chief minister office itself but concerned and not providing information which means that they have blessings of the chief minister office as well in promoting the lawlessness and corruption.
ReplyDeleteIt is quite obvious that here , concerned staff of the department of civil supply and the marketing department are not providing information because of the corruption which is rampant in this department.
ReplyDeleteEveryone knows that Right to Information act 2005 has been put into dustbin by both Modi and yogi government which is the root cause no public functionaries in the state of Uttar Pradesh are providing information because of the corruption in the department.
