Sir, how can the applicant take the perusal of the following letter number 1796 dated 23 March 2022 which is not attached to the grievance? No report has been submitted by the chief treasury officer because of corruption. Undoubtedly district Magistrate Praveen Kumar Laxkar has miraculous eyes consequently he can see the report submitted by the chief treasury officer. It is quite obvious that the treasury office works under the direct control of the district magistrate.
