Honourable Superintendent of police District-Mirzapur was directed by the Human Rights Commission, State of Uttar Pradesh as the aforementioned on the action date-08 March 2022. Information seeker sought information point wise from the public information officer in the office of Superintendent of police District-Mirzapur as follows.

It is quite obvious that government of Uttar Pradesh has provided a portal which accepts the online RTI applications but this portal is in the dilapidated state because of the negligence of the concerned accountable public functionaries quite obvious from the post.
ReplyDeleteIt is quite obvious that here Sudarshan Maurya only submitted the application under subsection one of section 6 of Right to Information act 2005 and concerned has not provided the information to him.
ReplyDeleteEveryone knows that Right to Information act 2005 has been put into dustbin by both Modi and yogi government which is the root cause no public functionaries in the state of Uttar Pradesh are providing information because of the corruption in the department.
