Please take the reference of your communication dated-07 February 2022, under point 2, branch manager raised the objection that affidavit provided by my mother Vidya Devi is illegible and not in the prescribed format as required by the bank.
Instead of sticking to its earlier affidavit which was fulfilling the requirement of an affidavit given by oath taker but not indemnifying the staff of the bank, aggrieved widow Vidya Devi preferred to submit second affidavit by copying the entire text of the prescribed format of the bank which indemnify the bank staff irrespective of the fact whether they are right or wrong. I think that now submitted representation has no issues raised by the branch manager through communication dated-07 February 2022, Our motive is to get quick solution because we are suffering loss because of undue delay and bank concerned is beneficiary consequently concerned are preferring procrastination by creating deliberate clinching obstacles ipso facto.
Please help the aggrieved 73 years old widow instead of giving mental trauma again and again through cryptic working style causing an apathy to her. She is optimistic about the balance in the account of deceased father Rajendra Pratap Singh but long procrastination on the part of the bank, she is turning pessimistic. Such practice is the violation of the human rights of the 73 years old widow and must be curbed by the accountable government functionaries.
The Motive of the bank is to lend the money at the rate of interest 18 % and provide interest to the aggrieved lady interest less than 3% and they are achieving their ulterior motives through undue procrastination. Undoubtedly concerned staff procrastinated too much but thanks to all of them for providing death claim otherwise what can we do in this anarchy where no one is safe and properties are also not safe. If the Bank of India lends the money then it takes 18% interest from the borrowers. But they are paying less than 3% interest rate at this money to the aggrieved widow Vidya Devi. Which is the root cause they are procrastinating on the matter. More over indirect evidences are proving that whereas cryptic dealings of the Bank of India which is promoting the corruption in its function and this is the root cause they are not paying the balance money in the account of Rajendra Pratap Singh to the account of Vidya Devi. Government functionaries itself mute spectator of the corruption in the working of the bank of India . Report submitted by the functionality of the bank of India is inconsistent.
