Grievance Description

Petroleum and Natural Gas >> LPG/LPG Agency related >> Non receipt of Subsidy/Delay receipt of subsidy

Ministry/PSU : Indian Oil Corporation Limited

State : Uttar Pradesh SO I

District : Not Applicable

Application number : MPANG/E/2022/00555

Agency name : Asmita Gas service Mirzapur

LPG Consumer number : 3700000001428 3439

-----------------------

According to the staff of Indian Oil Corporation Limited, the applicant is entitled for eight subsidies which will reach the account of the applicant soon. This report is dated 28 January 2022 and today is the evening of 16 February 2022 and subsidies have still not reached my account. This controversy is more than six month old. Think about the credibility of such reports which only aim to deceive the aggrieved people. Undoubtedly justice is not available in this largest democracy in the world.

LPG Consumer number : 3700000001428 3439 For more information, vide attached document to this grievance.

It is quite obvious that Indian oil corporation which is the subsidiary of ministry of petroleum and natural gas is making various pretext to the consumers regarding the payment of the subsidies into the account of consumer which shows that Modi government is no more interested in providing gas subsidies to the gas consumers quite obvious from the procrastination of the concerned ministry and its subsidiary. Now it has been proved that the Modi government is not interested in protecting the rights of the vulnerable section of the society because of the rampant corruption in the government machinery and they are so selfish and ungrateful to the electorates of this country. Our motive is good governance but where is good governance in this anarchy which has been proliferated by the accountable public functionaries of this largest democracy in the world quite obvious from this anarchy. Prime minister Modi was elected by the people of this country with a huge mandate he did not obilize Mandate.

The matter concerns deep rooted corruption of the concerned department syphoning the meagre subsidies Rs.62 per cylinder of poor.

Rating Remarks

Aggrieved applicant has submitted several representations to get the subsidy on the delivery of domestic gas cylinders but it is confirmed that concerned staff of Indian oil corporation limited only procrastinated on those representations and now they are saying that rest of the subsidy will soon be provided by them and they procrastinated on the grievances whether it is justified on the part of Indian oil corporation limited as their dealings caused too much troubles to the aggrieved applicant which irritated the complainant. On the one side of a screen government of the centre headed by Modi sir claiming to provide transparent and accountable governance but such cryptic and mysterious dealings only proving the deep rooted corruption in the working of the government functionaries which must be curbed by the accountable public functionaries in the central government headed by Narendra Damodar Modi who is declared as the not only great prime minister but also great man of this country.
