* Prayer or Relief Sought Here appellant has sought five-point information but because of rampant corruption in the office of the additional secretary, regional office Varanasi, of the intermediate and High school board of Uttar Pradesh, they did not provide any information ipso facto obvious. It seems that the concerned PIO has passed his academic examinations through copies otherwise he might have the capability to understand the text of the RTI communique which is quite obvious from his cryptic denial of sought information. Details of the staff are not being disclosed by the concerned public authority because they are frightened that their corruption will come to the public otherwise, they reveal their name and post. Think about the gravity of the situation, the name and post of PIO and FAA are not available under subsection 1 b of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005. Whether it is not corruption that concerned public staff are running away from providing information in the Yogi government. PIO in the office of Additional Secretary, regional office Varanasi Address - Orderly Bazar, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh 221102 may provide the following information as sought.
1-Provide the name and designation of the staff who processed or are processing the शिकायत संख्या:-40019721021866 आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singh of the information seeker.
2-Provide the name and designation of the staff who processed or are processing the aforementioned communication of the aggrieved applicant Pradip Kumar Maurya.

Even after the first appeal, corrupt additional secretary regional office Varanasi did not provide any information to the information seeker.

From the post it is quite obvious that there is rampant corruption in the working of the additional secretary posted in the the regional office Varanasi of the Uttar Pradesh board of High school and intermediate which is not expected in the regime of Yogi Adityanath government.
