Please take the reference of your communication dated-07 February 2022, under point 2, branch manager raised the objection that affidavit provided by my mother Vidya Devi is illegible and not in the prescribed format as required by the bank.
Instead of sticking to its earlier affidavit which was fulfilling the requirement of an affidavit given by oath taker but not indemnifying the staff of the bank, aggrieved widow Vidya Devi preferred to submit second affidavit by copying the entire text of the prescribed format of the bank which indemnify the bank staff irrespective of the fact whether they are right or wrong. I think that now submitted representation has no issues raised by the branch manager through communication dated-07 February 2022, Our motive is to get quick solution because we are suffering loss because of undue delay and bank concerned is beneficiary consequently concerned are preferring procrastination by creating deliberate clinching obstacles ipso facto.
Please help the aggrieved 73 years old widow instead of giving mental trauma again and again through cryptic working style causing an apathy to her. She is optimistic about the balance in the account of deceased father Rajendra Pratap Singh but long procrastination on the part of the bank, she is turning pessimistic. Such practice is the violation of the human rights of the 73 years old widow and must be curbed by the accountable government functionaries.
The Motive of the bank is to lend the money at the rate of interest 18 % and provide interest to the aggrieved lady interest less than 3% and they are achieving their ulterior motives through undue procrastination. Scanned copy of the second affidavit submitted by the widow Vidya Devi is attached to the grievance for the perusal of the moni

The Motive of the bank is to lend the money at the rate of interest 18 % and provide interest to the aggrieved lady interest less than 3% and they are achieving their ulterior motives through undue procrastination. Scanned copy of the second affidavit submitted by the widow Vidya Devi is attached to the grievance for the perusal of the monitoring staff as every action and practice must be transparent and accountable.
ReplyDeleteI have requested the bank to make the payment of the amount standing in the credit of the account belonging to the deceased aforementioned together with the interest thereon as applicable to widow Vidya Devi being one of the legal heirs for and on behalf of the legal heirs.
ReplyDeleteIf the legal heirs have no objection, then why do the concerned staff procrastinate on the matter? Reason is simple that they are pressurizing for bribe ipso facto.
There is rampant corruption in the government machinery which depriving intelligentsia class from their rights.
Again they made the flimsy petext to procrastinate on the issue but concerned sorted out the objection by visiting the brinch. The Motive of the bank is to lend the money at the rate of interest 18 % and provide interest to the aggrieved lady interest less than 3% and they are achieving their ulterior motives through undue procrastination.
