Bank Strike: एक दिन के बैंक हड़ताल से 16,800 करोड़ का भुगतान प्रभावित, बैंक कर्मियों को 400 करोड़ का नुकसान
Psu bank closed: भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (एसबीआई), पंजाब नेशनल बैंक और बैंक ऑफ इंडिया जैसे सरकारी बैंकों की कई शाखाएं गुरुवार को बंद रहीं।
ग्राहकों को हड़ताल की जानकारी देने के साथ भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (एसबीआई), पंजाब नेशनल बैंक और बैंक ऑफ इंडिया जैसे सरकारी बैंकों की कई शाखाएं गुरुवार को बंद रहीं।
शुक्रवार को भी बैंक सेवाएं प्रभावित हो सकती हैं। यह हड़ताल अखिल भारतीय बैंक अधिकारी परिसंघ (एआईबीओसी), अखिल भारतीय बैंक कर्मचारी संघ (एआईबीईए) और राष्ट्रीय बैंक कर्मचारी संगठन (एनओबीडब्ल्यू) सहित नौ बैंक संघों मंच यूनाइटेड फोरम ऑफ बैंक यूनियन (यूएफबीयू) ने बुलायी है।
बैंक संघ के एक पदाधिकारी के मुताबिक हड़ताल की वजह से बैंक स्टाफ को एक दिन के वेतन के नुकसान के रूप में अनुमानित 400 करोड़ रुपये का असर पड़ेगा। शाखाओं में जमा और निकासी, चेक समाशोधन और ऋण मंजूरी जैसी सेवाएं प्रभावित हुईं। हालांकि, कई जगहों पर एटीएम सही तरह से काम कर रहे थे। एआईबीईए के महासचिव सी एच वेंकटचलम के मुताबिक गुरुवार को 18,600 करोड़ रुपये के 20.4 लाख चेक से जुड़ा लेनदेन नहीं हो सका।
एसबीआई सहित सरकारी बैंकों ने ग्राहकों को पहले ही सूचित कर दिया था कि हड़ताल के कारण उनकी शाखाओं में सेवाएं प्रभावित हो सकती हैं। हालांकि एचडीएफसी बैंक, आईसीआईसीआई बैंक और कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक जैसे निजी क्षेत्र के बैंकों में कामकाज सामान्य दिनों की तरह रहा। हालांकि अंतर-बैंक चेक समाशोधन प्रभावित हुआ।
उधर, महाराष्ट्र में यूएफबीयू के राज्य समन्वयक देवीदास तुलजापुरकर ने कहा कि मुंबई के आजाद मैदान में 5,000 बैंक कर्मचारियों ने विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। उन्होंने कहा कि सफाई कर्मचारी से लेकर वरिष्ठ अधिकारी तक सभी वर्ग के अधिकारी हड़ताल में हिस्सा ले रहे हैं। चेन्नई में बैंक कर्मचारियों के एक वर्ग ने काला बैज पहनकर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया और केंद्र के कदम के फैसले के खिलाफ नारे लगाए।
वहीं राजस्थान की राजधानी जयपुर में बैंक कर्मचारियों ने अंबेडकर सर्किल के पास एसबीआई कार्यालय के बाहर विरोध प्रदर्शन किया। वेंकटचलम ने कहा, "सरकारी बैंक सामान्य रूप से हमारे देश के आर्थिक विकास में और विशेष रूप से समाज के वंचित वर्गों तथा देश के पिछड़े क्षेत्रों के लिए उत्प्रेरक के रूप में काम करते हैं।"

As far as employees have not left their two days salary voluntarily and this deduction in the salary of the strikers will effect under the advice note of the competent authority.
It is most unfortunate that the concerned branch manager did not provide any evidence regarding non-payment of the salary of the striking period. It may be that the branch manager was concerned that in order to keep my protest against the strikers stopped, he apparently replied in his own hand writing but it may not be the integral part of the proceedings of the department.
If the government had taken any decision regarding the deduction of the salary of 9 Lakhs strikers, then it would remain fed the print and electronic media as well as vernacular dailies.
Undoubtedly, it is a welcome step if the principle of no work no pay was followed by the employer. In a good governance every thing must be transparent and accountable.
Please provide the INFORMATION regarding the staffs of the branch who were paid salary and who were not paid because they went on strike.
Provide the details of staffs at the branch office Mirzapur went on strike voluntarily and also those were coerced to go on strike.
Your reply as -The branch was closed due to nationwide strike of Bank on 16th and 17th of December 2021.
No question of permission is involved in it. and All the staffs were on strike.
It is most unfortunate that you did not provide the details of the staff as sought by the applicant.
You ought to provide the copy of the competent authority who advised the deduction of the salary of the strikers.
In wide public interest, such landmark decisions must be in the public domain.

Undoubtedly, it is a welcome step if the principle of no work no pay was followed by the employer. In a good governance every thing must be transparent and accountable. Please provide the INFORMATION regarding the staff of the branch who were paid salary and who were not paid because they went on strike. This implies that the matter concerns the strike call and nationwide strike by the unions of staff of banks working under public sector banks. Herewith the submitted report of the branch manager concerned is concerned with the death claim of Vidya Devi in which requisite formalities have been completed by the Vidya Devi by appearing in person before the chief manager Bank of India at the wellesley ganj branch of the state bank of India. Requisite documents made available to subsequently. Bank itself creates hurdles because of suspicious integrity of its staff concerned with dealing with the matter.
