आवेदन पत्र का संक्षिप्त ब्यौरा राजस्व निरीक्षक गैपुरा की १२/१० /२०२१ की आख्या संलग्न है जिसके अनुसार राजस्व संहिता २००६ के तहत प्रार्थी द्वारा योजित वाद न्यायालय उपजिलाधिकारी सदर मिर्ज़ापुर के समक्ष लंबित है कृपया उसका वाढ संख्या व वर्ष उपलब्ध कराये जिससे अग्रिम कार्यवाही हो सके आप द्वारा जनसूचना अधिकार द्वारा भी सूचनाए नहीं उपलब्ध कराई गई An application under subsection 1 of section  6 of the Right  to Information Act 2005 to know the status of the representation dated-20/06/2021 submitted under section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, U.P. Act No. 8 of 2012 Last Updated 30th March 2021 with request for immediate action. Aforementioned representation received in the office of the S.D.M. Sadar on 21/06/2021 quite obvious from the attached speed tracking from the website of the department of post. I pray before the Honourable Sir that entire land which is in the side of road is under the possession of Ashok Kumar Singh alias Angad Singh and widow is unable to reach the land arbitrarily provided by the Ashok Kumar Singh alias Angad Singh as her share who is the eldest son of Surujoo Singh as aforementioned. As stated above his sons are of criminal nature so time and his sons assault the applicant and her sons whenever we go to the piece of land provided by them arbitrarily as our share and Vindhyachal police says that matter concerns the department of revenue so take reprieve from the Tahsil sadar under the law of land.  SDM sadar who is also the public information officer of his department may provide the following information to the applicant cum information seeker point wise as follows. 1-S.D.M. Sadar may provide the current status of the aforementioned case submitted under revenue code 2006 which detail is attached to this RTI request.  2-Please provide the name and designation of the public staff in the office of the SDM sadar processing the aforementioned case.  3-Please provide the reason as required under subsection 1 d of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005 if SDM sadar did not take any action as due procedure was followed by the applicant and appropriate fee was paid.  4-Also provide the detail of the posting of the S.D.M. Sadar and Tahsildar Sadar  in the district Mirzapur.  * Concerned PIO Sunil Kumar Lack of transparency and accountability in the dealings of the public authorities is only due to the prevalent corruption in the working of the public authorities and it is obligatory duty of the concerned staff to curb corruption and promote transparency and accountability in the working. Think about the credibility of the attached report that concerned staff is saying that the matter concerning the partition of the land is pending before the court of sub divisional magistrate Sadar but did not focus on it because they are running away from providing any feedback because of its cryptic dealings. Factual position is that if they are saying that the case is pending in the court of sub divisional magistrate, then they must reveal the case number and year of the case or status of the case. They are running away only because they are not interested in compromising with the corruption in the department. They fixed the rate of every feedback so in the report they did not say anything.
