कितना आश्चर्यचकित करने वाला है की बिजली चोरी की सूचना दो इनाम पाओ किन्तु किसको सूचना दो जो खुद ही चोरी कराते है श्री मान जी पिछले कई महीने से बिजली चोरी पर कार्यवाही की मांग की जा रही है किन्तु कार्यवाही करेगा कौन क्योकि जिनको कार्यवाही करना है वही तो चोरी करवा रहा है प्रकरण प्रबंध निदेशक पूर्वांचल वितरण निगम लिमिटेड मुख्य अभियंता मिर्ज़ापुर विंध्याचल मंडल अधीक्षण अभियंता और अधिशाषी अभियंता विद्युत् वितरण निगम लिमिटेड के संज्ञान में है किन्तु वे सभी टाल मटोल कर रहे है विस्तृत विवरण संलग्न है

It is quite obvious that 30 days as stipulated time to provide information to the information seeker expired consequently PIO violated subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. The matter forwarded to executive engineer EDD II and carbon copy to the chief engineer and superintendent engineer Mirzapur by managing director of purvanchal vidyut vitaran Nigam Ltd. quite obvious from the attached PDF document to this appeal. It is most unfortunate that still concerned executive engineer, chief engineer and superintendent engineer Mirzapur did not provide the information even when the applicant made contact with the chief engineer on his mobile phone.
The matter concerns the theft of electricity on the large scale and arbitrary billings to harass the genuine consumers in the working of S.D.O. Jigana and paralysed activity of the vigilance team employed in the department of the electricity electricity distribution division II, District-Mirzapur. Unfortunately the loss incurred to the department of electricity which is the source of the backdoor income of the corrupt staff of the department of the electricity can not be compensated through arbitrary billings by the corrupt staff. But who will explain it to the corrupts who are promoting it on the large scale by hijacking the administrative set up through arbitrariness and tyranny.
Public information officer, EDD II, District-Mirzapur may provide the following information point wise to the information seeker as sought.
1-Name and designation of the staff posted in the Jigna subdivision and their posting details including date of joining in the district Mirzapur.
2-S.D.O. Jigana may provide the action taken details against the theft of electricity within six months including recovery of penalties.
3-Executive engineer EDD II District-Mirzapur, may provide the details of the vigilance team working in his ambit and their contact information including executive mobile numbers, emails.
4-Executive engineer EDD II District-Mirzapur may provide details of action taken by the vigilance team within six months and recovery of the penalties and registered cases against theft of electricity.
5-S.D.O. Jigana may provide the feedback regarding the fuel consumption details on the vehicles used by him and his subordinates to perform official duties.

ReplyDeleteIt is obligatory duty of the concerned public staff to curb the theft of electricity because they are getting huge emoluments of salary for providing services to the Uttar Pradesh Power corporation limited but they themselves are not interested to curb the theft of electricity and show the loyalty to the employer. They themselves are indulged in the deep rooted corruption.
