Prayer or Relief Sought The matter concerns the wide public interest and office of the principal chief conservator Lucknow forwarded the matter under subsection 3 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005 unfortunately Divisional Forest Officer Gorakhpur did not deem fit to communicate in the matter. It is evident that D.F.O. Gorakhpur is exploiting on a mass scale to vulnerable sections because it provides remuneration half of minimum wages decided by the state government itself. This reflects the dual face of the Yogi government. Latest Minimum Wages for Shops & Establishment in Uttar Pradesh Important Note: The Uttar Pradesh Minimum Wages Notification (Oct 2021) Effective from Date: 1st Oct, 2021 Updated As On: 13th Oct, 2021 Class of Employment Basic Per Month VDA Per Month Total Per Day Total Per Month Unskilled 5750.00 3434.00 353.23 9184.00 Semi-skilled 6325.00 3777.29 389.00 10102.29 Skilled 7085.00 4231. 16 435.23 11316.16 Divisional Forest Officers must know that minimum per month total wages for unskilled staff is Rs.9184 as decided by the government of Uttar Pradesh.

ReplyDeleteThere is large scale exploitation of poor labourers in the Gorakhpur district in the office of department of forest and Gorakhpur is the parliamentary seat of Yogi Adityanath for record of time which is humiliating to the human society and humiliating position for our chief minister Yogi Adityanath.
