The Scanned copy of the family register is also attached to the grievance and now the entire formalities required by the Bank of India have been fulfilled the aggrieved widow Vidya Devi struggling for transfer of balance money from the account of late husband Rajendra Pratap Singh to her account for more than six months. Family members/ inheritors have no objections but the staff of Bank of India have so many objections and reasons well known to every common person of this country. For more detail, vide attached documents to the grievance.
Representation of Vidya Devi is a unanimous decision of my family. Everyone is familiar with the non impeccable integrity of concerned staff proved from their cryptic working style. Representation of Vidya Devi received on 02 Feb 2022 by the bank concerned. I hereby declare that all the facts given here are true to the best of my knowledge and if anything found wrong action may be taken. Therefore the applicant is claiming to transfer the fund to an account already made available to the bank verified by the bank manager and concerned staff. This is a unanimous decision of my family. Here it is quite obvious that bank of india does not want to transfer the balance amount from the account of the deceased husband to the account of widow because bank of india is doing business with that amount by paying little amount of interest to the aggrieved widow Vidya devi so in order to achieve his ulterior design concerned bank staff are procrastinating on the matter on the flimsy ground which must be curbed by the accountable public functionaries of the government of india bus but because of corruption they are not doing so which is very much embarrassing situation in this country where corruption has been uncontrolled.

If the Bank of India lends the money then it takes 18% interest from the borrowers. But they are paying less than 3% interest rate at this money to the aggrieved widow Vidya Devi. Which is the root cause they are procrastinating on the matter. More over indirect evidences are proving that whereas cryptic dealings of the Bank of India which is promoting the corruption in its function and this is the root cause they are not paying the balance money in the account of Rajan Pratap Singh to the account of Vidya Devi. Government functionaries itself mute spectator of the corruption in the working of the bank of india . Report submitted by the functionality of the bank of india is inconsistent.

Undoubtedly, it is a welcome step if the principle of no work no pay was followed by the employer. In a good governance every thing must be transparent and accountable. Please provide the INFORMATION regarding the staff of the branch who were paid salary and who were not paid because they went on strike. This implies that the matter concerns the strike call and nationwide strike by the unions of staff of banks working under public sector banks. Herewith the submitted report of the branch manager concerned is concerned with the death claim of Vidya Devi in which requisite formalities have been completed by the Vidya Devi by appearing in person before the chief manager Bank of India at the wellesley ganj branch of the state bank of India. Requisite documents made available to subsequently. Bank itself creates hurdles because of suspicious integrity of its staff concerned with dealing with the matter.

Most respectfully sheweth that 1-Aggrieved submitted second representation through department of post but branch manager concerned did not entertain this signed representation of the aggrieved applicant Vidya Devi as well.
2-It is most unfortunate that it is quite evident that the branch manager concerned did not respond in regard to the signed application of the Vidya Devi as received by his office on 18 December 2021 is quite obvious from the speed post tracking.
3-It is quite obvious that the second signed application of the aggrieved Vidya Devi, he/ branch manager can not deny so overlooking quite obvious from his corrupt and cryptic reply.
4-Instead of talking about the prescribed format, he should tell the lacunae of the submitted application so that it can be sorted out.
Whether he will tell what is required of the prescribed format of the bank of India?
Photocopy of Death Certificate original shall be verified by the bank.
KYC details of the legal heir Account details of the Claimant.
Sir, aggrieved has submitted maximum documents and long struggle by the aggrieved applicant and procrastination on the part of branch manager only reflects corruption and tyranny in the working of the bank.
The Branch manager may be directed to fix the date to appear in person for the aggrieved Vidya Devi and list of the document he actually wants to verify with the original. Applicant demands transparency and accountable dealings in the working of the branch manager.

  3. There is no control over the public staff in the regime of Modi quite obvious from the procrastination of the concerned bank of public sector whose staff not interested to provide death claim of husband to the account of widow.
