-----------------------
An application under Article 51 A of the constitution of India to make enquiry regarding the transfer of balance money from the account of my father Late Rajendra Pratap Singh to her widow which means my mother Smt Vidya Devi. Sir, if we brothers have no grudge with my mother and support her, why do the staff of the Bank of India searching for flimsy clinching obstacles in transferring the money to inheritor Vidya Devi who is 73 years old and suffering from Cardiovascular ailments. My signed representation in my own handwriting is attached to grievance as page first of the attached document. It is my humble request to the concerned staff of the Bank of India not to procrastinate on the matter to harass my 73 years old mother.
Following is the affidavit submitted by my mother signed by elder and younger brother in support. More detail is attached.
I hereby declare that all the facts given here are true to the best of my knowledge and if anything found wrong action may be taken.
Name of Bank and Branch : Mirzapur city Wellesley Ganj Account Number : 686010100009011After demise of my husband on 03 May 2021 who was operating the account aforementioned. Therefore the applicant is claiming to transfer the fund to an account already made available to the bank verified by the bank manager and concerned staff. This is a unanimous decision of my family.

Sir, I had already submitted my consent before the branch manager but you did not accept those. Sir we brothers already had left our legal claim in support of my mother as we think that money in the account of my father is the only legal right of my mother but staff of the bank deliberately created hindrance that was unusual as well as mysterious and cryptic. Because of corruption and growing immoral values in the society, it is natural that bank staff do not believe that sons can leave their shares so easily in favour of their mother but still there are so many families who prefer relations not money. When money supersedes relations then our lives become hell but corrupt greedy fellows can never understand it.

  3. This is a kind of corruption which is taking place in the function of Bank of India and it is most unfortunate that when the matter is being intimated to the concerned accountable public functionaries of the Government of India but they are not taking any action in the matter which means government functionaries are adopting lackadaisical approach in the matter.
