* Prayer or Relief Sought Here public information officer in the office of superintendent of police District Mirzapur denied entire information by taking the recourse of subsection 2 b part V of section 4 of the  UTTAR PRADESH RIGHT TO INFORMATION RULES, 2015 which categorically states as Any request for obtaining information under the Act should fulfilthefollowing conditions:The information sought should notbe so vast that the collection thereof involvesdisproportionate diversion of resources affectingefficient operation of the public authority concerned.Applicant has sought only three point information which can be easily provided to the information seeker. Since the concerned are not interested to curb malpractices prevailed in the department of police so running away from providing information on the flimsy ground. First D.G.P. office ran away from providing information by transferring the RTI request under subsection 3 of section 6 of the Right to Information 2005 and later public information officer in the office of superintendent of police Mirzapur. Herewith this appeal denial of information dated 07/09/2021 of the public information officer in the office of superintendent of police Mirzapur and circular dated 09 Sept 2021 to curb misuse of section 107/116/151 in the sequence of the directives High court of judicature at Allahabad. Undoubtedly sought information was denied by the public information officer in the office of superintendent of police Mirzapur because supervisory bodies are in good faith of the subordinates quite obvious from the circular issued by the government and worries of the high court regarding misuse of provisions of Cr. P.C. by the police personnel.

* Prayer or Relief Sought I think that the office of D.G.P. must provide the information if any step taken to prevent the misuse of the section 107/116/151 in the compliance of the High court order or High court order was put into dustbin ipso facto. * Description of Information Sought Everyone knows that proceedings under Section 107/116. of the Cr. P.C. are only preventive measures and not pure criminal proceedings, but such proceedings are of quasi judicial nature, while the offence of my son is inviting pure criminal proceedings, so my matter is not amenable under section 107/116. Herewith written application addressed to superintendent of police Mirzapur is attached to this representation signed by the aggrieved. D.G.P. office is the monitoring head of department of police in the state of Uttar Pradesh through which state government monitors and ensures the law and order in the state. It is the foremost responsibility of the D.G.P. office to safeguard the rights of people and curb the misuse of provisions of law of land. 

1-Whoever seek redressal of their grievances by submitting online applications on the Jansunwai portal of the government of Uttar Pradesh, concerned sub-inspector fabricate them under Section 107/116. of the Cr. P.C in most of the cases.

Please provide the measures taken by the D.G.P. office to curb the misuse Section 107/116. of the Cr. P.C. including copy of the circulars issued through the office.

2-The job of police is to be instrumental in providing criminal justice, specially to justice seekers and police in the most of the cases lodge F.I.R. under Section 107/116. of the Cr. P.C. which is preventive measure. Please provide the minutes of proceedings and circulars issued to check the trend of local police who have made illegal practices to misuse the Section 107/116. of the Cr. P.C.in order to provide justice by the D.G.P. office. 

3-Police in general to wreak vengeance with the human rights defenders, R.T.I. Activists and social workers whose general aim is to struggle for betterment society slaps charges of breach of peace to suppress their voices. Please provide the circulars issued by the government to curb the misuse of power by the local police under aforementioned circumstances.
