The matter concerns the inconsistent and arbitrary reports submitted by the Additional Secretary, Regional Office Varanasi, High School and Intermediate Board, Prayag Raj, Uttar Pradesh as page 1 letter number-6499 dated-04/10/2021 of Additional Secretary, Regional Office Varanasi of the attached document. Aggrieved applicant Pradip Kumar Maurya has made available the requisite documents to Additional Secretary, Regional Office Varanasi, High School and Intermediate Board, Prayag Raj, Uttar Pradesh through its communication dated 02/09/2021 received in the office of the aforementioned 06/09/2021 quite obvious from the attached postal receipt and speed post tracking. This communication dated 02/09/2021 is in compliance of communication 17/07/2019 addressed to principal, Ram Pratap Yadav Inter college Kolahi (Bajaha) Chhanvey Mirzapur of aforementioned authority. Following signed application sent by the aggrieved Pradip Kumar Maurya on 02/09/2021 through speed registered post on 02 Sept 2021 and this communication was received in the office of the Additional Secretary, regional office Varanasi 06 Sept 2021 quite obvious from the online tracking of the speed registered post on the website of the department post which is attached herewith. Honourable Sir, With due respect and regard to Hon’ble Sir, the applicant invites the kind attention of the Hon’ble Sir to the following submissions as follows. 1-Registration paper of class 9 of the applicant as invited is annexed herewith as page 2 of the application in order to remove objection. 2-Orginal mark sheet of High school is attached herewith as page 3 of the communication cum application. 3-Communication 17/07/2019 addressed to principal of the college made available to applicant on 27/08/2021. प्रार्थी प्रदीप कुमार मौर्या द्वारा पुनः दिनांक 02/09/2021 को सही दस्तावेज प्रधानाचार्य से हासिल करके जन्मतिथि संसोधन हेतु भेज दिया गया है उसी क्रम में और उस पर कृत कार्यवाही का विवरण मांगा गया है किन्तु सम्बंधित उस पर न तो कोई कार्यवाही ही किया है अन्यथा पोर्टल पर कार्यवाही आख्या प्रस्तुत करते लगता है पुनः टाल मटोल की प्रक्रिया में लग गए है क्योकि इनको अभी तक प्रकरण में घुस नहीं मिला है अन्यथा इस तरह से गोल मटोल जवाब न लिखते श्री मान जी संलग्नको का अवलोकन करे और विषयवस्तु को पढ़े क्या जवाब भ्रामक नहीं है इनको कार्य को आगे बढ़ाने की दिशा में बात करनी चाहिए न की अपने भ्र्ष्टाचार और आराजकता को जैसा इनकी रहस्यमयी कार्यशैली से स्पस्ट है की इनका लोकतंत्र और संसदीय मर्यादा में विश्वास ही नहीं है नियमो को नजरअंदाज करना इनकी कार्यशैली का हिस्सा है श्री मान जी लोकतंत्र और देश को बचाइए अन्यथा कुछ नहीं बचेगा जो कुछ भी जवाब लगाया गया है वह मनमाना और असंगत है किन्तु लगता है सरकार में यही परिपाटी है अन्यथा अब तक कार्यवाही होती सरकार का निरंकुश व भ्रष्ट कर्मचारिओं पर कोई अंकुश नहीं है

Here credibility of the concerned staff is important. Think about the gravity of the situation that first they procrastinated three years on the issue for the want of illegal gratification when they became well apprised of the fact that their pockets can not be heavier with this student they returned the marksheet with objection that one of the submitted documents is forged. It is quite obvious that subsequent communication of the aggrieved student they arbitrarily rejected which shows the rampant corruption in the working of the concerned public authority. Undoubtedly, our chief minister bursts out on the issue of corruption and declares its government as corruption free which is ridiculous. My individual experience is that this government not only shields the corrupt but also made practice to provide them clean chit which caused a manifold increase in the corruption in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
