* Prayer or Relief Sought Here appellant has sought five point information but because of rampant corruption in the office of additional secretary, regional office Varanasi, of intermediate and High school board of Uttar Pradesh, they did not provide any information ipso facto obvious. It seems that concerned PIO has passed his academic examinations through copies otherwise he might have capability to understand the text of the RTI communiques which is quite obvious from his cryptic denial of sought information. Details of the staff are not being disclosed by the concerned public authority because they are frightened that their corruption will come into public otherwise they reveal their name and post. Think about the gravity of the situation, that name and post of PIO and FAA are not available under subsection 1 b of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005. Whether it is not corruption that concerned public staff are running away from providing information in the Yogi government.
