Submissions before Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission by Sudarshan Maurya against the atrocity of police.

Sudarshan Maurya humiliated by the police concerned whether it is justified that those seeking justice through police may be humiliated

Threatening the applicant by the police, abusing and humiliating in the public place Katra Kotwali, which is a violation of the human rights of the applicant.

Revered Sir, Concerned police has been calling the applicant daily for the past several days i.e. on 24/12/2021, yesterday the police had crossed all limits of humanity. 

Honourable Sir, Sub-Inspector Vinay Kumar Ray  Chauki in-charge, Chowki Mandi Samiti hurled abuses targeting the mother of the victim and threatened to send behind the bar by beating with shoes. Whether to request police to register F.I.R. when police itself called to tell the grievances, is an offence in this largest democracy in the world? 

Revered Sir, a constable instigated by hurling abuses to victim to Sub Inspector Sanjay Singh why sir is troubling his mind, send the victim behind the bar by hitting 20 sticks. Now Sanjay Singh Said that again fabricate victim under section 107/116 of Cr. P.C. and hurled abuses to victim. Sanjay Singh again said that you stop tweeting and and submitting IGRS may be turned off  and run away from here immediately We do not want to see in the Kotwali anymore. 

Honourable Sir, the applicant cum victim was sitting without food and water since eleven thirty 11:30 in the morning and instead of filing the first information report at four 4 O Clock in the evening, he was threatened and driven away. 

Revered Sir, is this justice, when victim prayed  the Senior sub-inspector/ Kotwal that  police may visit on the spot, the Kotwal said that I do not have time, why should I go there? 

Honourable Sir, when the police had nothing to do, then why did the executive officer of the municipality, Mirzapur, conduct an investigation, is the police themselves not making a mockery of the law here? 

Revered Sir, the working style of the police is biased in such a way that the applicant cum victim himself seems to be threatening his life, except to harass victim, the police did nothing in these six months. 

Honourable Sir, when the report of the Executive Officer came in favour of the applicant, the police turned away from this report even when this report requested at the behest of police as police took the recourse that police is not technically expert so detriment occurred to victim can not be ascertained by the police, Now ulterior motive of the police is evident that police was no more interested to act on the request of the victim.  . 

In the aforementioned matter, police took the recourse that they are not technical expert so the investigation is not feasible by the police unless a technical expert may provide its report. For the enquiry by a technical expert, chauki in-charge Bali Maurya forwarded the matter to the executive officer municipality Mirzapur city and a thorough enquiry was carried out by the engineer municipality Mirzapur city and enquiry report dated-31/08/2021 letter number-194 was submitted before executive officer, municipality Mirzapur city.
