आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singhविषय-Need of proper drainage and exit of drainage water in Mohalla-Surekapuram but Government of Uttar Pradesh is not taking it seriously. Rapid increase in the number of mosquitoes in the Mohalla Surekapuram because of the water logging. Here the matter concerns the water logging and negligent way to deal with matters which are submitted on the public grievance portal after the Government of India as concerned staff at the Government of Uttar Pradesh are submitting arbitrary and inconsistent reports to the contents of the submitted grievances. How are they cleaning the choked drainage if the water is overflowing on the roads and this logged water is intruding into the park and causing huge number of mosquitoes and increased the breeding of the mosquitoes which may cause epidemic in the area and repeated complaints which are being submitted by the aggrieved applicant is not being taken seriously by the concerned staff at the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Whether it is justified undoubtedly is not justified but I think that there is no effective control mechanism in the Government of Uttar Pradesh which may control the mismanagement and anarchy in the municipality Mirzapur City? They are submitting inconsistent and arbitrary replies on the public grievance portal of the Government of India and the Jansunwai portal of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Surekapuram colony already faces the problems of water logging as well as drainage water on the roads and the collection of water in the park but now new problem has been created by the municipality Mirzapur City. It has dug entire road of the Mohalla Surekapuram in the name of providing the water connections to the dwellers while the fact is that each dweller of the Surekapuram colony has its own submersible pumps and those having no submersible pump have hand pump and in this situation there is no need of water connection but they need drainage for exit of dirty water and exit of drainage water through proper mechanism by the municipality Mirzapur City and repeated complaints are being submitted but they are not taking care of it and they are showing pseudo development in the area which residents of the Surekapuram colony do not water Drainage is broken at several places and these broken places are not repaired by them and there are so many basic requirements which need to be fulfilled but in the name of providing facilities they say that Surekapuram colony is a private colony. We had asked them to provide the basic facilities to the park but that is in dilapidated state and now this is not a private colony according to them because they have damaged the entire road of the Surekapuram colony which is quite obvious from the attached photographs. Honourable sir we have not seen any development in the regime of the new incumbent but whatever development was carried out in the previous regime of Akhilesh Yadav those developmental activities are also being destroyed by the new incumbent whether it is justified?

आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singhविषय-श्री मान जी आप लोग विकास की बात करते है किन्तु आप द्वारा सुरेकापुरम कॉलोनी में एक भी नाली नहीं बनवाया गया जो भी कार्य हुए है वह समाजवादी पार्टी के शासन काल में हुए है बिल्डर द्वारा बनवाई गई नाली टूट कर ख़त्म हो गयी है नाली का गंदा पानी घर के नीव में सूखता है इस समय विकास कार्य मुख्य रूप बंद कमरे में कागजी घोड़े दौड़ा कर कराया जाता है इस विकास का जमीनी स्तर पर कुछ भी लेना देना नहीं है कम से कम नाली तो बनवाते अमृत योजना के तहत आपने पूरे सड़क को खोदवा कर रख दिया किन्तु आज तक आपने सड़क को आने जाने लायक नहीं बनाये लोग मजबूर होकर खुद अपने घर के सामने सही कर रहे है काम से काम नाली तो बनवाइए जिससे गन्दा पानी घर के नीव में न घुसे क्योकि उससे शीलन पैदा होता है और बिमारिओ का कारण बनता है हमारे ब्यथा खुद संलग्नक के फोटोग्राफ्स कह रहे है श्री मन जी रही ईमानदारी बात तो जनसूचनाधिकार के तहत कई प्रार्थना पत्रों के माध्यम से प्रार्थी बिकास कार्यो से सम्बंधित सूचना मांगी किन्तु अधिशाषी अधिकारी आँख और कान दोनों बंद कर ले रहे है करंट टाइम में भी जनसूचनाधिकार के तहत प्रार्थी का प्रार्थना पत्र अधिशाषी अधिकारी के कार्यालय में धुल खा रहा है I pray before the Honourable Sir that undoubtedly numerous people affected with the inaction of the government concerned with taking steps to curb water logging even when repeated requests are being made before them so there is urgent need to provide swift reprieve to the dwellers who are only praying to gods for their sympathy who may change the heart of concerned tyrants not paying heed to this problem concerned with wide public interest. Modi came into the power in the name of development, and he is ruling this country for 10 years and this water logging is taking for 20 years and near about century of representations we have submitted and by the residents of Surekapuram but no one taken care of dwellers of Surekapuram colony. Undoubtedly, few developmental works were carried out during the regime of the Samajwadi party. Municipality Mirzapur City says that under Amrit Yojana scheme of Government of India, they will construct the sewer in the Mohalla Surekapuram Jabalpur road Mirzapur, but the actual fact is that under Amrit Yojana scheme they have dug the entire roads of the Mohalla Surekapuram and a still road in the dilapidated state because of that action to lay down the pipeline underground but for sewer, still not initiated action under the Amrit scheme of the government. Undoubtedly our lives have been hell because of this corruption and our media is playing the role of glorifying the false political Masters who are too much selfish but our print and electronic media are showing them as great persons and actually scenario is totally different from this false world of print and electronic media.It is quite obvious that dwellers of the Surekapuram Colony are facing the water logging and this dirty water is entering into their houses, but precarious situation is that representations are being submitted before the accountable public functionaries, but they are not paying heed to these representations.
