Any request for obtaining information under the Act should fulfil the following conditions: The information sought should not involve providing answers to hypothetical questions. How the following sought information are hypothetical questions? 1-Registration Number SPMZR/R/2021/60029 Name Sudarshan Maurya Date of Filing 03/08/2021, you had to provide reason of not attaching the reply of APIO sent in the matter to information seeker on the RTI portal therefore information seeker sought reason required under subsection 1 d of section 4 of R.T.I. Act 2005.of government of Uttar Pradesh providing facilities to information seekers online in easy way as accomplishment of government.Now you have arbitrarily attached aforementioned denial dated 01-Dec-2021 on 13/12/2021 while factual position is that you have provided different reply to the information seeker earlier and did not attach that reply actually made in the matter.Whether police department will run with such arbitrariness and tyranny. The matter will be taken up before commission as PIO/Nodal officer took under teeth provisions of RTI Act 2005 ipso facto. 2-Whether police have not fabricated the information seeker under section 107/116 without any solid reason with the sole aim to harass the information seeker. Every just work has reason and unjust work is without reason. 3-Whether the police concerned did not request the city magistrate to nominate a technical expert to look into the matter as police was not so expert. Whether it is the imagination of the information seeker. 4-Report of the Executive Engineer municipality Mirzapur city dated-09-09-2021 is the imagination of the information seeker. When police had not to take any action in the matter then why it troubled city engineer, executive officer Municipality Mirzapur or expected that they will also speak the language of wrongdoer contractors like police.

प्राप्त फीडबैक -दिनांक10-01-2022 को फीडबैक:-पुलिस द्वारा प्रार्थी को धमकाया जाना ,गाली गलौज देना और पब्लिक प्लेस कटरा कोतवाली में बेइज्जत करना जो की प्रार्थी के मानवाधिकारों का उल्लंघन करना है श्री मान जी पिछले कई दिनों से प्रार्थी को अर्थात दिनांक २४१२२०२१ अक्सर रोज बुला रहे है आज तो पुलिस मानवता की सारी हदे पार कर दी श्री मान जी उपनिरीक्षक विनय कुमार राय चौकी मंडी समिति ने कहा भोसड़ी वाले को २० जूता मार कर बंद कर दो श्री मान जी एक सिपाही ने उपनिरीक्षक संजय सिंह से कहा साहब क्यों दिमाग खर्च कर रहे है साले को २० लाठी मार कर बंद करिये संजय सिंह ने कहा की पुनः इस साले के ऊपर १०७११६ करो संजय सिंह ने फिर कहा तुम ट्वीट करना बंद कर दो और आई जी आर. एस भी बंद कर दो और यहां से तुरंत भाग जाओं श्री मान प्रार्थी बिना भोजन पानी के सुबह साढ़े ग्यारह बजे से बैठा था और चार बजे शाम को प्रथम सूचना रिपोर्ट दर्ज करने के बजाय धमका कर भगा दिया गया श्री मान जी क्या यही न्याय है प्रार्थी द्वारा जब यह प्रार्थना की गयी की पुलिस मौके पर चल के देखे कोतवाल ने कहा मेरे पास समय नहीं है मै वहा क्यों जाऊ श्री मान जी जब पुलिस को कुछ नहीं करना था तो अधिशासी अधिकारी नगरपालिका मिर्ज़ापुर से जांच क्यों कराई क्या यहां खुद कानून का मखौल पुलिस द्वारा नहीं उड़ाया जा रहा है श्री मान जी पुलिस की कार्यशैली इस तरह से पक्षपातपूर्ण है की प्रार्थी को खुद ही जीवन पर खतरा मडराता दिखाई पड रहा है मुझे सिर्फ पुलिस परेशान करने के अलावा कुछ नहीं की इन छह महीनो में श्री मान जी जब अधिशासी अधिकारी की रिपोर्ट प्रार्थी के पक्ष में आयी तो पुलिस उससे भी पल्ला मोड़ ली In the aforementioned matter, police took the recourse that they are not technical expert so the investigation is not feasible by the police unless a technical expert may provide its report. For the enquiry by a technical expert, chauki incharge Bali Maurya forwarded the matter to the executive officer municipality Mirzapur city and a thorough enquiry was carried out by the engineer municipality Mirzapur city and enquiry report dated31082021 letter number194 was submitted before executive officer, municipality Mirzapur city. कृपया संलग्नको का अवलोकन करे
