An application under subsection 1 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005 to seek information regarding the communication of the information seeker dated-13/10/2019 addressed to District Judge Lucknow.

Subject-To seek information regarding the communication of the information seeker dated-13/10/2019 addressed to District Judge Lucknow. Colour photographs of the communication attached to this RTI Application as first two pages of the attached document. For more information, vide attached annexure 1 and 2. 

Most respectfully sheweth that

1-Annexure 3 is the receipt of postal department addressed to District Judge Lucknow and annexure 4 is speed post tracking of postal department showing that communication despatched on 13/10/2019 and received in the office of District Judge Lucknow on 16/10/2019. For more feedback, vide annexure 3 and 4.

2-Annexure 5,6 and 7 are the quotes in the order dated  07-03-2006 passed by Justice B.B. Agarwal of Lucknow bench of the High court of judicature at Allahabad. 

Sought Information-Applicant seeks following information point-wise.

1-Please provide notings made by the competent staffs of the district court Lucknow on aforementioned representation cum questionnaire. 

2-Please provide the current status of the communication of the information seeker dated-13/10/2019 addressed to District Judge Lucknow.

3-Right to reason is indispensable part of sound judicial system consequently information seeker is seeking reason if communication is not reached to its destination. 

4-Please provide the reason of not displaying case number 269 of the year 2009 under E-court scheme which ambitious scheme of the government to computerize entire court cases and government is spending huge funds for this purpose.

It is the obligatory duty of the accountable public functionaries in this largest democracy in the world to curb the tyranny and rampant corruption in the judiciary of this country which is quite obvious from the the working style of our judges. Think about the gravity of situation that applicant is seeking information concerning with the communication sent to the the district judge Lucknow but he is not providing whether it is not corruption.
