Remarks

Officer Name SMT MANASI MANOJ PHENE Officer Designation Deputy General Manager disposed of aforementioned grievance  with mysterious and cryptic comment Duplicate complaint ref no-DEABD/E/2021/75035 reflects dereliction in the duty.

Disciplinary action must be taken against the aforementioned lady to curb such incidents promoting lawlessness and anarchy in the public system. It must be noted that there are two essential ingredients of a grievance 1-Submissions made in grievance and 2-Supportive evidence. Here subsequent grievance was overlooked in the name of duplicate of former but factual position is that in latter grievance submissions were elaborated more explicitly in lucid style so that incompetent staff of the government somehow managed to get service may understand the contents of the grievance.

It would be better for the aforementioned lady staff of the government that she must take the perusal of the contents of the grievance before making any such absurd and arbitrary decision weird enough to astonish the applicant. My advice for the lady staff to acquire more knowledge as little knowledge is dangerous for occupying a post concerned with wide public interest as it would injure the interest of the large section of the people. Such public staff are doing irreparable damage to our nation who are attending the public offices with a prejudiced mind. Please direct the concerned lady to provide the reason for her decision as the right to reason is an indispensable part of a sound administrative system. Punjab-Haryana High Court Pgi Employees Union vs Director, Post Graduate However it cannot be said that the strike was illegal because they had proceeded on strike after giving notice as required by Section 22 of the Industrial Disputes Act. However, claim to strike pay is not authorised by law for the strikers voluntarily abstained from work. Strike pay is awarded only as a measure of social justice by the Industrial Tribunal on account of economic disparity between employer and employees and parties are adversely affected by the strike. So in such circumstances workers have no legal right to claim pay for strike period. However, on sympathetic grounds I order that 25 percent of the total strike period amount to be paid to the workers.

Appeal Text

Today I had visited the branch office with her mother to submit requisite documents offline but the entire staff of the Bank of India had gone on strike. Therefore the gate was locked but no notice on the entrance. When I enquired neighbours, then neighbours told me that the Bank will remain closed until Sunday and will reopen on Monday. Think about the gravity of the situation that No work no pay has been passed by the apex court of India and strictly warned that no one may be allowed to keep the public services at ransom to create undue pressure on the employer. Afterall I have submitted all required documents.
