Submissions before Uttar Pradesh Human Rights Commission by widow Kiran Singh

Prayer - Kiran Singh is a 50 years old widow somehow managing house affairs. Father-in-law Raghuvar Dayal Singh, master of the entire hereditary property, transited from the ancestors not earned by him a single coin hatching conspiracy to deprive her and her two sons by reaping the benefit of vulnerability of widows and mismanagement and corruption in the office of sub-divisional magistrate Sadar.

Most respectfully sheweth that  

1-Sub-divisional Magistrate Sadar district-Mirzapur instead of preferring to provide justice to vulnerable sections by the applications of vested powers provided by the government to him depriving them in the name flimsy procedural lacunae can never be justified in wide public interest.

2-If any matter  is of judicial nature and remedy is available under section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, then instead of overlooking the plea of the vulnerable widow by searching clinching procedural lacunae, he/S.D.M. Sadar should be instrumental in sorting out minute defects.

3-Subsequently father-in-law sold a joint property transited from ancestors partly depriving two of his sons of it including widow and one son. Through its report dated 17/07/2021, SDM sadar made available that sought remedy under  section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 and later said that the father-in-law can sell and keep the mortgage entirely property inherited from ancestors if we will not file a case before him under  section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.

4-Numerous objections were made and SDM Sadar overlooked them in the name of inviting petitions under section 116 moreover, allowed the sale of piece of land in meanwhile which is corruption as arbitrarily deprivation of two sons from their property. 

5-Aggrieved applicant widow Kiran Singh W/O Late Jagdish Singh submitted a case under the aforementioned section before the court of S.D.M.  Sadar so later must entertain it in a cordial manner with sympathy which is attached to this representation. 

6-Whether the objections of a widow can be neglected and father-in-law Raghuvar Dayal Singh S/O Bhanu Pratap Singh can deprive her from ancestral property by colluding with staffs of Tahsil sadar quite obvious from the cryptic replies and reports which are inconsistent to submissions of grievances. 

7- Here to mislead innocent and gullible people and deprive them from their properties arbitrarily is more important than to deliver them justice. Such practices are quite rampant in the office of SDM Sadar, district-Mirzapur.
