* Description of Information Sought To create undue pressure on the applicant,  chauki in-charge Mandi samiti fabricated charges under criminal penal code 107/116 quite obvious from the third page of the attached document. It is most surprising that whenever anyone seeks justice in the department of police then from that person there is apprehension of breach of peace in the society and police imposes on them section of criminal panel code 107/116.This implies that to register FIR in the department of police, one May be ready to get registered a case under Cr.P.C. 107 /116 on itself.

1-Please provide the reason as required under subsection 1 d of section 4 of the Right to Information Act 2005 to fabricate information seeker under Cr.P.C. 107 /116. Please take a glance of first page of attached PDF which is report submitted by the  chauki in-charge Mandi samiti in the following complaint on the Jansunwai portal.
