* Description of Information Sought Grievance Status for registration number: PMOPG/E/2020/0436664 Grievance Concerns To Name Of Complainant-Anita Mishra Report submitted by Bhatani police station, District-Devriya is attached to R.T.I. Communique. The applicant made the call to Shamsher Yadav, Manjur Alam who had submitted the report and the most surprising opposite party is present in Bhatani Police station named Satish Mishra and construction work is taking place at the disputed site Which implies that Bhatani police has been taken in good faith.
1-According to report, police restrained the opposite party from construction work categorically stated in the report. Provide information who gave the order to carry out construction on unpartitioned land when construction is being protested by the applicant frequently.
2-Matter is sub judice as the applicant has filed the suit for partition, but opposite party instead of waiting for judgement carrying out construction. Please provide the order entitled opposite party to overlook the police and court.
3-Police is overlooking the request of the applicant regarding stop construction work going on. Provide the reason for not taking action.
4-Police station Bhatni is not taking action in the matter as waiting for the order of the superintendent of police. Provide communication /feedback if Bhatni police are restrained by the superintendent District-Deorea.
