सभी माननीय जिम्मेदार लोक सेवक को मालुम हो की इस जनसूचना आवेदन के सम्बन्ध में सूचना उपलब्ध कराना तो दूर रहा अभी तक इससे सम्बंधित कोई पत्र व्योहार तक नहीं किया गया | जिलाधिकारी महोदय समक्ष प्रथम अपील प्रस्तुत किया गया उसमें भी कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गई है | जनसूचना अधिकार अधिनियम २००५ के प्रावधानों की इतनी बड़ी दुर्दशा क्यों |
श्री मान जिलाधिकारी महोदय कम से कम अब जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी सूचना उपलब्ध करा दे क्यों की माननीय राज्य सूचना आयोग में १०-जून -२०१९ को की जाएगी और प्रार्थी उसका अध्ययन करके कमिया जान ले और अपना पक्ष रख सके अन्यथा अगली तिथि लगेगी और जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी या सहायक को अगली तिथि को भी अपना वातानुकूलित कार्यालय छोड़ना पडेगा |
