सभी माननीय जिम्मेदार लोक सेवक को मालुम हो की इस जनसूचना आवेदन के सम्बन्ध में सूचना उपलब्ध कराना तो दूर रहा अभी तक इससे सम्बंधित कोई पत्र  व्योहार तक नहीं किया गया | जिलाधिकारी महोदय समक्ष प्रथम अपील प्रस्तुत किया गया उसमें भी कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गई है | जनसूचना अधिकार अधिनियम २००५ के प्रावधानों की इतनी बड़ी दुर्दशा क्यों | 
श्री मान जिलाधिकारी महोदय कम से कम अब जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी सूचना उपलब्ध करा दे क्यों की माननीय राज्य सूचना आयोग में १०-जून -२०१९ को की जाएगी और प्रार्थी उसका अध्ययन करके कमिया जान ले और अपना पक्ष रख सके अन्यथा अगली तिथि लगेगी और जिला पंचायत राज अधिकारी या सहायक को अगली तिथि को भी अपना वातानुकूलित कार्यालय छोड़ना पडेगा |

1-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that Here this question arises that why no action was taken by District Magistrate Mirzapur on the first appeal of information seeker ipso facto obvious that his office received the letter/communication on 29/10/2018.
It seems that the government of Uttar Pradesh threw the Right to Information Act 2005 into the dustbin. Whether the government is not shielding the wrongdoers who have syphoned the entire fund concerned with cleanly drive mission of the government of India.

3-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that please take a glance of the subsection 1 of section 7 of Right to Information Act 2005.

  7. Disposal of request.—(/) Subject to the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 5 or the proviso to sub-section (3) of section 6, the Central Public Information Officer or State Public Information Officer, as the case may be, on receipt of a request under section 6 shall, as expeditiously as possible, and in any case within thirty days of the receipt of the request. either provide the information on payment of such fee as may be prescribed or reject the request for any of the reasons specified in sections 8 and 9: Provided that where the information sought for concerns the life or liberty of a person, the same shall be provided within forty-eight hours of the receipt of the request.

Whether aforementioned provision was not violated by the DPRO Mirzapur and D.M. Mirzapur not cooperated him by sitting on the R.T.I. Appeal made under subsection 1 of section 19 of the Right to Information Act 2005?

This is a humble request of your applicant to you Hon'ble Sir that how can it be justified to withhold public services arbitrarily and promote anarchy, lawlessness and chaos in an arbitrary manner by making the mockery of law of land? There is need of the hour to take harsh steps against the wrongdoer in order to win the confidence of citizenry and strengthen the democratic values for healthy and prosperous democracy.
