आवेदनकर्ता का विवरण : शिकायत संख्या:-40018821040996 आवेदक का नाम-Yogi M P Singh विषय-On one side of screen, yogi government in the state talk of good governance but on the other hand in the home district of Yogi Aditya Nath ji, there is a large-scale exploitation of the daily wage staff working in the purview of chief conservator Gorakhpur and Divisional Forest Officer Gorakhpur. Yogi Government thinking minimum pay wages in private sector but he must also think about the working of D.F.O. Gorakhpur and chief conservator Gorakhpur providing half of minimum wages to poor daily wage staff. Here it must be noted that Divisional Forest Officer and Chief Conservator Gorakhpur are providing only 5000 rupees per month which is half of the minimum wages decided by the Yogi Aditya Nath government in the state. Our chief minister is failed to curb the exploitation of the poor labourers in his home district from where he was elected member of parliament for record times. श्री मान जी एक ही स्टेनो पिछले २० वर्षो से प्रभागीय बनाधिकारी गोरखपुर और मुख्य बन संरक्षक गोरखपुर के लिए भी कार्य करता है जब की नए स्थानांतरण नीति के अनुसार तृतीय श्रेणी के कर्मचारी का डेस्क तीन वर्ष में बदल जाते है किन्तु यहा तो आराजकता का राज्य है यहा बिधि नहीं ब्यक्ति बड़ा है सोचिये १५० से भी ज्यादा दैनिक वेतन भोगी श्रमिकों का मामला है जिन्हे मामूली ५००० रूपये मासिक पारिश्रमिक दिया जाता है जो राज्य सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित न्यूनतम वेतन का भी आधा है किन्तु स्टेनो महोदय का कमाल है जो योगी एम पी. सिंह के लिए एक पेज टाइप कर लिए है और हमारे हर प्रत्यावेदन में चाहे विषय वस्तु कुछ भी हो वही नोट डेट बदल कर रिपोर्ट के रूप में संलग्न कर देते है यहां पर नाम बदनाम करने की आवश्यकता नहीं है किन्तु महत्वपूर्ण यह सोचने की है गोरखपुर बन विभाग को पिछले २० वर्षो से क्या एक स्टेनो चला रहा है या पिछले २० वर्षो में जितने भी प्रभागीय बनाधिकारी गोरखपुर और मुख्य बन संरक्षक गोरखपुर बनाये गए किसी ने ईश्वर द्वारा प्रदत्त विवेक का इस्तेमाल नहीं किया बल्कि वही कार्यशैली अपनाई जो पूर्ववर्ती अधिकारिओं द्वारा अपनाई गई इस कार्यशैली से इस बात पर संदेह जाता है क्या ये सभी अधिकारी कही उस स्टेनो के दिमाग से तो नहीं चलते थे क्योकि पिछले चार वर्षो से मै देख रहा हूँ किसी भी प्रत्यावेदन में उपरोक्त अधिकारिओं द्वारा बिना गुण दोष की विवेचना किये पूर्ववर्ती अधिकारिओं द्वारा प्रस्तुत आख्या को दुहराया जाता है जो की स्वस्थ ब्यवस्था का संकेत नहीं है श्री मान जी यदि स्टेनो के ही दिमाग से चलना है तो उपरोक्त दोनों अधिकारिओं के तनख्वाह से चार स्टेनो की नियुक्ति होगी अर्थात इस बेरोजगारी में चार लोगो को सरकारी नौकरी मिलेगी बेरोजगारी कुछ कम होगी श्री मान किस आधार पर उपरोक्त स्टेनो महोदय गोरखपुर मंडल के उस के कुर्सी पर आसीन है जब कि योगी सरकार की नई तबादला नीति लागू है जिसका उद्देश्य भ्र्ष्टाचार दूर करना है किन्तु उसका सही ढंग से प्रवर्तन खुद गोरखपुर मंडल के बन विभाग में ही नहीं हुआ है एक व्यक्ति एक ही कुर्सी पर पिछले बीस वर्षो से डटा है और मंडल स्तर के अधिकारिओं का कार्य देख रहा है क्यों की वह उनका विश्वास पात्र है उसके लिए योगी सरकार की नई तबादला नीति कोई मायने नहीं रखता वह द्वारा स्थापित परंपरा के ऊपर है अन्यथा योगी की ईमानदारी उसे ले डूबती जिस मंडल

They themselves accepting wrongdoings in the department and salary demanded is the minimum pay scale decided PIO in the office of Divisional Forest Officer, Gorakhpur may provide the following information point wise as sought by the information seeker. 1-Total number of daily wage staff in the purview of Divisional Forest Officer whose salary is passed through final sanction of Divisional Forest Officer Gorakhpur. 2-Total amount of funds spent as remuneration of daily wage staff in the financial year 2020-21 and number of daily wage staff. 3-Total amount of funds spent as remuneration of daily wage staff in the current financial year and number of daily wage staff. 4-Total amount of funds provided by the Government of Uttar Pradesh to the office of Divisional Forest Officer Gorakhpur for various schemes in the financial year 2020-21 and current financial year.
