* Prayer or Relief Sought The matter, concerned with DMOMR/R/2020/60011, filed by the applicant on 16/06/2020. B.S.A. did not provide information within 30 as stipulated under subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. The applicant filed the first appeal as the aggrieved with the procrastination of the B.S.A. Mirzapur. D.M. Mirzapur felt it embarrassing and forwarded the matter under subsection 3 of section 6 of the Right to Information Act 2005.to you bearing registration number: DRBED/R/2020/80189 on 23/09/2020. It is most unfortunate that you Honourable Sir remained failed to provide information within 30 days. You Honourable Sir also violated subsection 1 of section 7 of the Right to Information Act 2005. D.M. already remained failed to help the applicant. Under frustration, he forwarded the matter to you Honourable Sir but stipulated time is over. जिलाधिकारी मिर्ज़ापुर प्रार्थी को यह बताये की If the lease of Lions public school expired and its extension is banned by the government , then why school management is still having possession of the land of the municipality? Whether it is not the obligation of concerned staffs to retake the possession of the land of the municipality from the possession of college management?
श्री मान जी आप भी जानते ही होंगे की प्रकरण जो की मिर्ज़ापुर के प्रतिष्ठित लायंस पब्लिक स्कूल जो कीमिर्ज़ापुर के जाने माने धनाढ्यों का जेब
भरने का काम कर रहा है से सम्बंधित है उसको प्रश्रय सम्बंधित अधिकारी ही दे रहे है अन्यथा वाकायदा टेंडर
इनवाइट करके लीज सब से बड़े बिडर को दी जाती
और सरकार को उससे लाभ होता श्री मान जी के नजरो में क्या यह भ्रस्टाचार नही है पब्लिक प्रॉपर्टी का दोहन सभ्रांत धनाढ्यो द्वारा भ्रष्ट अधिकारिओं की मदद से किया जा रहा है श्री मान जी कक्षा ९ का २० हजार रुपये प्रवेश शुल्क और कक्षा ८ का १० हजार रुपये कुछ एप्रोच हुआ तो हजार दो हजार रुपये कम कर देंगे
When the term of lease agreement of Lions school with municipality Mirzapur,
Uttar Pradesh expired then how more construction could be done by
management and college administration? Most surprising is that even
earlier municipality board had demanded to vacate the land of the municipality as
the term of lease agreement had expired. Whether Executive officer
municipality board Mirzapur is so incompetent to safeguard the property
of the municipality?

Millions of public fund which had to flow into the public exchequer is being siphoned by the coterie of rich people in caucus with the corrupt public functionaries. If the lease extension is banned how new construction took place in the land of municipality Mirzapur city and since more than four years Lions school is running in the same premises of municipality Mirzapur city and overlooking the numerous representations being sent by the applicant. Extension of the lease is banned, provide a copy of the letter of govt. authorizing college new construction and use municipality land. Whether in the name of renovation, new construction may be allowed but every thing is feasible if our public functionaries are colluding. Here an enquiry may be carried out in transparent and accountable manner as matter is concerned with the influential people quite obvious from the picture. Whether such cryptic tricks to provide the municipality land to people already having enormous wealth is justified.

When the matter is concerned with the municipality Mirzapur city, then why application is languishing in the office of Basic Shiksha Adhikari Mirzapur.
1-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that whether ipso facto this is not
the reflection that both District Magistrate and Executive officer of the municipality board Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh India are not colluding with influential governing
body, members of the committee of management of Lions school as municipality served the notice to them but they are doing more construction on the site now construction has been well carried out by them which was to be vacated by them in compliance of terms of agreement of lease.
2-It is submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that undoubtedly Lions school is the number one institution in the district Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh India which is making
huge profits every year and beneficiaries of these huge profits are governing
members of the committee of management of Lions school. There is no
surprising if the aforesaid duo is acting in caucus with the committee of
management Lions school as corruption is rampant in the system.
3-It is to be submitted before the Hon'ble Sir that it is an urgent need to check that
whether notice was served to protect its skin or duo wants to get
the precious land of municipality board Mirzapur Uttar Pradesh India back?
This piece of land located in the middle of the city is invaluable and can
be auctioned by inviting higher bids consequently loss of municipality facing scarcity of financial resources might be compensated. I don't think
that those people who are already prosperous may be allowed to amass
huge wealth as it will only create a disparity in the society Here
point to be noted that member of the board is interested in the public interest not
the district magistrate and executive officer. Now it has been proved from the factual position of the matter.
