Grievance Description
It seems that there is no quality based redress of the grievances on the national consumer helpline of the government of India. As the monitoring bodies are failed to manage the working of this forum because of growing corruption in the system.
Grievance Number: 3030239 Grievance Reg Date: 2021-10-16 03:43:32 Complainant Name : Yogi M. P. Singh Mahesh Pratap Singh The Wrongdoer company through its staff submitted the following report Response Received from Company : As discussed with customer complaining that display and charging slot are damaged which can’t be considered under warranty as per warranty terms but customer is not agree to pay the damage cost. Date : 2021-10-25 16:49:10 Think about this incredible report that the display and charging slot are damaged which cannot be considered under warranty as per warranty terms but I have never said so. They neither took the perusal of subject matter and contents of the complaint submitted on the national consumer helpline. They make available in regard to the aforementioned report. Warranty terms and conditions made by the company.
Sir I have submitted the grievance as -4, they/ service center of I Kall found the LCD was not broken but they denied warranty as sim slot 1 was broken which was invited repair under warranty on 21-02-2021 as under point 3. Factual position is that this sim slot 1 is not working since the date of delivery but sim slot 2 was working so applicant was serious about it as item was under warranty but company staff searched cunning tricks to deprive consumer from warranty, applicant never thought about it so they must refund if not interested to provide warranty if matter be brought up before forum, they will have to pay the other expanses occurred.
Organization I Kall Head Office Address: C-5 Sector 10, Noida (U.P.) Phone Number: 0120-4731048 Email: helpdesk@ikall.in may be directed to refund the paid amount Rs,6199 as the price of the handset. For more detail, vide attached documents to the representation.

Rating Remarks
The most surprising thing is that concerned staff of consumer forum District-Mirzapur instead of providing their own reason in the comment only copied the some parrot reply as recourse to revert each case submitted online by the aggrieved consumers. Here office staffs are itself a stumbling block for the aggrieved consumers in seeking justice against the violations of consumer rights of citizens.

Please take a glance of historic judgement delivered by the apex court of India. Accountability must be ensured in order to achieve good governance. Even in respect of administrative orders Lord Denning M.R. in Breen v. Amalgamated Engineering Union (1971 (1) All E.R. 1148) observed "The giving of reasons is one of the fundamentals of good administration". In Alexander Machinery (Dudley) Ltd. v. Crabtree (1974 LCR 120) it was observed: "Failure to give reasons amounts to denial of justice". Reasons are live links between the mind of the decision taker to the controversy in question and the decision or conclusion arrived at". Reasons substitute subjectivity by objectivity. The emphasis on recording reasons is that if the decision reveals the "inscrutable face of the sphinx" it can, by its silence, render it virtually impossible for the Courts to perform their appellate function or exercise the power of judicial review in adjudging the validity of the decision. Right to reason is an indispensable part of a sound judicial system, reasons at least sufficient to indicate an application of mind to the matter before Court. Another rationale is that the affected party can know why the decision has gone against him. One of the salutary requirements of natural justice is spelling out reasons for the order made, in other words, a speaking out. The "inscrutable face of a sphinx" is ordinarily incongruous with a judicial or quasi-judicial performance.
