It is 14/12/2021 today but aforementioned received grievance by you Honourable Sir is languishing in your office is a matter of great concern.
The maximum time taken by police to investigate the case under criminal penal code is six months otherwise you will have to take permission from the concerned magistrate.

3-If the police will adopt a lackadaisical approach in the matter concerned with vulnerable sections, especially atrocity perpetrated on women and girls, then think about the quantum of lawlessness and anarchy in our society.
Please be instrumental in accessing justice to aggrieved woman.
