Prayer-Inconsistent and arbitrary reports of the sub-inspector Ram Bachan Singh Yadav only promoting lawlessness and anarchy in the government machinery ipso facto. Please restrain him  from submitting such frivolous reports.

The aforementioned application along with the report of the sub-inspector Ram Bachan Singh Yadav and the report of the Executive Engineer is attached to this grievance. Flaws in the report of the sub-inspector Ram Bachan Singh Yadav only promotes corruption in the system. Which may be summarised as follows. 

1-Report of sub-inspector Ram Bachan Singh Yadav is not based on the facts but merely a concocted story based on his imagination prepared by him without inspecting the site and seeking the documents of the facts. 

2-Instead of maintaining transparency and accountability of the report and checking authenticity of the claim he reported the viewpoints of the offenders which justify the wrong stand of the offenders. 

3-Factual position is that offenders grabbed the premise of the applicant Kamlesh Singh. 

4-Their activities make more serious offence because they want to operate the electricity connection in the name of Kamlesh Singh ipso facto from the report of sub-inspector Ram Bachan Singh Yadav. 

5-Sir, you are well apprised with the facts that for more than two years offenders made repeated attempts to grab the land in the possession of the applicant Kamlesh Singh and they grabbed the premise through their criminal activities. 

6-Applicant deposited only those dues which were used by the applicant but how can he deposit those dues used by Dileep Singh S/O Raghuvar Dayal Singh after grabbing the premise? 

7-Since the Jigana police are biased, they are not interested in looking into the facts of the case by inspecting the records and sequence of events that took place and repeatedly reported to police.

 8-Most surprising is that the report is justifying the illegal stand of the offenders that they are operating the electricity connection in the name of Kamlesh Singh and the bills are being issued to Kamlesh Singh which is sheer illegal. 

This is happening after repeated complaints of Kamlesh Singh itself. Please register a first information report against the grabbers of the premise and use it illegally ipso facto. Please take a glance of the attached documents not seen by police ever and reports are submitted arbitrarily.
