* Description of Information Sought The matter is concerned with number-C.M.-70/15-02-2020 a communication sent by Rakesh Shrivastava, Deputy Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh to Director, secondary education, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow and Secretary, the council of board of secondary education, Uttar Pradesh, Prayagraj is earlier known as Allahabad on 28/08/2020. Section 7 of the secretariat deals with the department of secondary education. Subject-D.I.O.S. Mirzapur itself sent entire documents to the additional secretary, regional office Varanasi of Uttar Pradesh Board of the secondary education regarding the correction of date of birth. The aforementioned subject deputy secretary, chief minister office of the government of Uttar Pradesh is the letter-number computer P-2/93, 375/public education-3/2020 dated-17/03/2020 containing as an annexure photocopy of the representation of Mr Yogi M. P. Singh, Surekapuram, Jabalpur Road, District-Mirzapur dated-29/08/2019. I have been directed to state that please take action on the aforementioned per the law and whatever action is taken may be apprised to the government.
Copy of the aforementioned communication sent to your applicant as C.M.-82 (1) 15/07/2020 on the same date. State Public Information Officer in the chief minister office may provide the following information.
1- Provide the legible copies of the information concerned with the aforementioned like report or anything else available in the chief minister office.
2- If not available, then provide the time limit when public authority secondary education will provide its report to the government of Uttar Pradesh as already undue delay committed by them.
3- If the aforementioned representation is under process, provide a progress report and minutes of proceedings.
